This is a beautiful architect designed apartment located on the first floor of an historic Florentine noble palazzo which boasts an ample terrace with views of the Duomo cupola.
It is organized on two levels, with an independent entrance. On the first level is a spacious living area, a corner dining area with access onto the terrace/balcony. The kitchen and double bedroom and a bathroom are also on this level.
On the second level is an open plan studio which looks onto the living area below, there is a sleeping area with 2 single beds, wardrobe and another bathroom.
The apartment has been recently rennovated and is equipped with airconditioning, heating, wifi, TV and a washing machine.
The kitchen is a dream if you enjoy cooking, and with the local fruit and vegetable market just around the corner you will have ample opportunity here. It has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle.
The balcony is delightful; enjoy eating your breakfast in the cool morning air or relax with an aperativo at the end of the day.
There is no lift but the stairs are easy.
The location is wonderfully colourful and full of local character and life, shops, restraunts and only minutes walk to all the major museums and monuments.

Appartement bien placé, à proximité du centre historique et dans un quartier agréable (marché, restos...). Il faisait tellement chaud pendant notre séjour qu'on a à peine pu profiter de la terrasse, mais la clim a été appréciée... La déco est superbe, moderne et bien pensée : un très beau travail d'architecte! Un seul bémol : les lits n'étaient pas faits à notre arrivée (mais les draps propres et repassés posés dessus), étonnant compte tenu de la qualité de la prestation.
Parfait appartement au centre de Florence. Très propre, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Quartier au charme Florentin animé où tout est à proximité. L'accueil de Fabrizio est à la hauteur de l'appartement : plein d'attention, serviable et chaleureux. Plusieurs parkings à proximité. Tout était parfait pour notre échappée italienne.
