Welcome to this unique property just 2 minutes walk away from the Bastille Opera house!
This very large apartment on three floors is unique for Paris. As soon as you enter this place you get a feeling of …space! It is also decorated in a modern way with a lot of taste.
If you are looking for a different experience to the cramped traditional Hausmannian apartment and you need large surfaces and volumes, then this triplex is made for you!
The ground floor contains the living area with dining and chill out areas with ample sofa space, kitchen and the home cinema (professional cinema projector and screen and widescreen TV on top). As you can see from the main picture and picture 5 there is also a small inner court with a deck chair.
The bottom floor holds a bedroom with en suite Bathroom. This
bathroom has a Jacuzzi. (See photo 6)
The top floor holds 2 bedrooms, of which one has a queen size
bed (2m x 2m).
The location is truly amazing, you are walking distance away from the lively Bastille and Marais areas. It is also very conveniently located for access to/from both airports and all major train stations.
The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

PS: Please prepare EUR cash amount or credit card seperately for the deposit. This will be required in exchange of keys. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is ok!
CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
Late checkin/early checkout: Please not that a check in after 8pm or a check out before 10am is each subjected to a 50 EUR cash fee payable on arrival. A checkout before 8am is generally not possible. This is to allow “normal” working conditions.
Example 1: We agreed on a meeting at 7pm, because of your flight delays you arrive at 8.30pm, the fee will be due.
Example 2: You need to leave the flat at 8am. The early checkout fee of 50 EUR applies.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
