„ICE AGE CONDO“ is a perfect summertime getaway!
It´s located in Lapad area, a modern center with lots of restaurants, caffe bars, night bars, markets and
WITH ONLY 250 meters WALK TO THE BEACH!
Close by, you can also find: tennis courts, a shopping center, sports centar, fresh food piazza, CineStar movie theater
and all that can meet your various needs and desires.
Old Town of Dubrovnik is 25 minutes walking distance, or 7 minutes drive by bus #6 from a nearby station.
This modern, recently renovated accommodation is a 60 m² size condo that consists of:
- 2 bedrooms: one with double (king size) bed and the other with two separate beds (each room has a balcony in front; linen included);
- lounge area with LCD tv (local and internationl channels), DVD/CD player and available extra sofa bed;
- kitchen (fully equipped + dish washer) with a dining area;
- bathroom/WC (towels, hair-dryer and washing machine included);
- a balcony with a sitting area from which you can enjoy magnificent sea view.
„Ice Age Condo“ is AIR CONDITIONED, covered with WIRELESS INTERNET and has a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE. All mentioned above is included in the price.
The condo is great and the position is perfect: 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the supermarket - if you're a slow walker. The only down side is that i broke my water pipe because of the plastic chairs and table on the balcony (one star off for that). All in all... in in Dubrovnik again... same place (with GF, with friends or family).
This apartment fully met with our family's requirements to a vacation home. We could happily have spent many more days here. The host picked us up in the port of Dubrovnik upon our arrival and kindly informed us about everything we needed to know. The apartment is very well equipped and we did not miss anything. The description of the apartment speaks for itself. Our next visit to Dubrovnik will for sure include another stay in this apartment.
