Welcome to New York City! My apartment is located in the convenient upper east side neighborhood. I live in a safe and quiet elevator building with rooftop access and laundry on every floor. Amenities include wifi internet, 42 inch flatscreen tv and dvd player! I am walking distance from Central Park and various shops, supermarkets and restaurants!!

No surprises in the size as the apartment is just as pictured. It's a compact unit that works well if all you need is a place to sleep. The bed is comfortable and there's room to hang your clothes. No complaints about general cleanliness, such as sheets, towels, toilet, sink, and bathtub but walls, tops of heaters and baseboards, window sills, and floors all need a good cleaning. Located across the street from the projects, its quiet and just a short walk to the subway on Lexington. If it were a cleaner unit I'd rate it four stars.
Host response Really sorry about your experience. I have never received a review like this so it does come as a bit of a shock. The apartment is professionally cleaned every week so not really sure what was experienced. I know it is not a 5 star experience but my apartment is far from dirty. In fact, it looks EXACTLY like the photos. I gave you fresh and clean bedding and towels. Really confused by your comments.
