This typical 'dammuso' is located in a wildlife reserve, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the north-east coast of the Island. The house is connected by a private road that ends into the car parking of the house itself. The location assures complete privacy and quietness. At the entrance there is an automatic gate. From the car parking you can reach the sea following a small path, through vineyards and volcanic rocks, tipypical of the island.
All the coast below is perfect for bathing in normal calm sea conditions and a small fiord permits to swim even when sea gets rougher.
The larger house is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom surrounded by terraces and gardens.
The main patio is connected to a professional large kitchen and a cook can be provided on request. The main patio is surrounded by palm trees, garden and swimming pool.
The smaller house is composed of a small living room with an alcove and bed, a bathroom and an outdoor kitchen. It has an independent access from the car parking, from which it is separated by its own garden. The house reflects the basic and solid local architecture combined with some fine details and pieces of art.
