I've just returned from a one week stay in this apartment. First of all, the apartment is really lovely, its clean, spacious and well furnished - and it's in a really lovely neighborhood too - me and my mate were delighted with the place. Secondly the host Haidee and her family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful - they gave us a list of some good local places to visit, restaurants etc. It has been an amazing week in Florence, which is an incredible city, and this apartment was a big part of our enjoyment of the holiday.
