It has been a difficult choice for us to provide such feedback on this property because Madam Leila is a very kind person. Yet, we think it would be unfair to future visitors to not be aware of what we went through. Just about a couple of hours before we checked out (after a 2 day stay) we noticed a few drops of water on the floor. In a matter of minutes, we started noticing water trickling into the bedroom (onto the bed and also the area around the bathroom)...the apartment complex has a serious plumbing problem upstairs and the leak was flooding this apartment. Madam Leila was of course responsive and we were very very fortunate to be leaving that day else it would have been a very serious problem. Added Post Host Comment: It certainly was not Madam Leila's fault. She was the best host in these difficult circumstances and we felt very sorry for her apartment getting flooded that way.
I think the rating should be 4.5 out of five rather than just 4. We had a great stay at the apartment in Nice which was made all the more enjoyable by Leila. She met us at the airport and dropped us off there at the end of our stay. The apartment itself is very well equipped and secure, and the garden is a delight. It's a fifteen minute bus ride into the city centre(a little longer during busy periods)and buses run from there to the coastal towns and hilltop villages. There's a choice of two buses into Nice from stops less than 100 metres form the apartment and more choices from stops a little farther away. There are also two supermarkets within half a kilometre. Merci à Leila pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Tout a été parfait pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et très joliment décoré. Le jardin est très agréable et c'est vraiment un plus de pouvoir manger dehors. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison dans cette location. De plus, l'environnement est très calme et nous avons très bien dormi. Nous reviendrons assurément chez Leila lors de notre prochain séjour dans la magnifique ville de Nice.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Bel appartement en rez de jardin, le sud,le vrai. Très bonnes prestations pour ce trop court séjour. Bravo!!
Merci. C'était très agréable d'être à deux pas de la Promenade des Anglais. L'accès à l'appartement en voiture est très simple et surtout il y a un parking privé!!! donc notre séjour a pu s'effectuer à pied, en bus ...sans fourrière ni P.V !!! une situation exceptionnelle à deux pas d'un supermarché. Accueil très chaleureux et serviable. A conseiller les yeux fermés.
