Ostia Bella Vista is a 80m² penthouse (6th floor) apartment (40m² inside with 40m² of terrace) with wonderful views. The elevator will take you to the fifth floor. The apartment has a nice size living area (with a queen size good quality sofa-bed), a kitchenette (completely equipped...really equipped), 1 bedroom with either 2 singles or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet-bidet. Comfortable, cozy and even romantic, can accommodate up to 2-3 visitors. Includes air-conditioning and internet access.
By car, the unit is 10 minutes from the international airport. The train station is across the street and will take you to the center of Rome in 30 minutes. Ostia Antica is only 2 stops away. The property is in walking distance to beach resorts and all the fun. You do NOT need a car to stay at OSTIABELLAVISTA; although if you do come by car there is free parking on the street.
