An excellent option for families and groups, we invite you to stay in the "west wing" of our huge attic penthouse in central Barcelona.
This suite option has two elegant double bedrooms overlooking a 30m2 sunny furnished roof terrace.
Your group has fully private access to a brand new bathroom with shower and also this roof terrace.
Enjoy the city views towards Gracia and the Collserola mountains with Tibidabo at its crest.
Both of your west-facing bedrooms are spacious and chic, with plenty of natural sunlight.
A queen-sized bed and pillows in memory foam for each bedroom ensure a fantastic rest.
Bedding, towels and toiletries are included.
We are David and Leo and we live in the other part of the apartment with our dog Elf.
We will make you very welcome in our newly renovated home.
You are may use our kitchen between 9-11 am with breakfast products provided.
The apartment is located in modernista Eixample, bordering the hip Gracia district.
Just along the street you will find Passeig de Gracia, famous for its shopping and Gaudi buildings such as the Pedrera and Casa Batllo.
Walk a few minutes into Gracia to find the hub of Barcelona's trendy Gracia nightlife, with cocktail and tapas bars galore.
The green and yellow metro lines offer fast links to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the beach but it's also a beautiful walk.

-Complimentary breakfast products, usually we make the breakfast for you. The Price is 4€ person/day. (we need to know it a day before)
-If you want a picnic lunch for take away with sandwich (chiken or vegetal), drink and a piece of fruit, we can makes it for you. The Price is 5€ person/day. (we need to know it a day before)
-Do you wanna a romantic dinner in your terrace? We cook for you. Together will choose the menu. The Price is 12€ person/day. That include beer, wine or cava.
-Wifi internet throughout.
-Smoking allowed on the terrace only.
-There is a friendly and well-trained dog in the apartment.
-There is a flat rate of 18 Euro for cleaning (optional).
-If you need the TV in your room, we can provide you a multimedia hard disk with many films in diferent languages. Only we need to know it for have time for install it.

A couple of things that we would appreciate:
- Please, we'd like you to take care of things as your own.
- The room is to be used by the / s person / s that have rented. Not allowed visits from others.
- Please, use the utilities (water, electricity, etc within reason). Save energy is good for the planet and we appreciate it.
Please keep connected the phone and check your email account with regularly, if there is some setback, this facilitate the connection between host and guest.
Elf lives with us, our dog. He stays only the right wing of the house. Never the guest area. Only you can match with him in the kitchen. If this is a problem for allergies or you do not like pets, you should only tell us. The apartment is big enough to not have to match the. He has his own space in our bedroom and the terrace on this side of the house.
In the improvable case that you'll have problems during your stay here, do not hesitate and let us know about it as soon as possible. So we have a chance to correct it.

Este estudio se encuentra dentro de un gran apartamento situado en el centro de Barcelona y tiene 2 dormitorios y un cuarto de baño privado. Somos David y Leo, y estamos felices de darle la bienvenida en nuestra casa, vivimos aquí desde 2008 con nuestro perro Elf.
Nuestro ático es muy grande, y alquilamos un estudio en el interior de la propiedad, con 2 habitaciones, una gran terraza y un baño privado. Si se desea, se puede utilizar nuestra cocina en el piso anexo desde las 9 A.M. hasta las 11 A.M con todo lo necesario para hacer desayunos. Desayuno incluido en el precio. (cafe/te/zumo/mermelada/pan/cereales)
2 camas de matrimonio, con colchones y almohadas de espuma, para un descanso fantástico, ropa de cama, toallas, champú y gel de ducha están incluidos en el precio, así como la limpieza de las zonas comunes.
Desde nuestro apartamento se puede hacer a pie la mayor parte de las rutas turísticas (100 metros del Paseo de Gracia y la Avenida Diagonal)
Una vez completada la reserva, se debe comunicar la hora de llegada para que podamos organizar directamente la entrega de las llaves.

Cosas a tener en cuenta:
- Por favor, nos gustaria que cuidaras las cosas como si fueran tuyas.
- La habitación es para ser utilizada por la/s persona/s que la alquilan. No se admiten las visitas de otras personas.
- Por favor, use los servicios -agua, electricidad, etc- razonablemente. Ahorrar energía es bueno para el planeta y nosotros te lo agradeceremos.
Mantén conectado el móvil y comprueba tu email regularmente. Si surge algún contratiempo eso facilitará la conexión entre anfitrión y huésped.
El desayuno esta incluido. Si tienes necesidades especiales, tal vez podamos proporcionartelas.
Con nosotros vive Elf, nuestro perro. El solo habita el ala derecha de la casa. Nunca la zona de invitados. Solo podras coincidir con el en la cocina. Si esto resulta un problema por cuestion de alergias o por que no te gusten los animales, solo debes comunicarnoslo. El piso es lo suficientemente grande para no tener que coincidir con el. El tiene su propio espacio en nuestro dormitorio y la terraza que hay en este lado de la casa.
En el caso de tener alguna sugerencia para mejorar, o si tienes algún problema durante tu estancia, no dudes en decirlo lo antes posible, así tendremos la oportunidad de corregirlo.

We loved it, David and Leo were so kind and made us so welcome, the rooms and our favourite, the roof terrace, were great. We liked the area, quiet but close to all the interesting districts. Home made bread for breakfast was delightful! We would certainly recommend it.
My mum, son, and I LOVED staying In here. The rooms and the terrace were just beautiful and Leo and David were such warm and welcoming hosts. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

Un appartement superbe , bien place. Peut être un peu bruyant dans la chambre de droite et le matin. Une super découverte le bar la pepita et la dorade :). Nos hôtes sont très agréable gentil serviable. Merci pour ces vacances merveilleuses

De retour de notre séjour chez David et Léo, je vous adresse un message très sincère. Accueil chaleureux, chambres et salle de bain confortables et très bien décoré. Situation dans BARCELONE : 8 mn du métro, 10 mn à pied de la sagrada familia, quartier vivant. La terrasse agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuné. Adresse à diffuser sans modération.
