The apartment is located in Plaza Joaquim Folguera, in the heart of Sant Gervasi.
Next to the Local Market, with many shops and all amenities.
Very well connected by metro, bus and taxi, all within 100meters from the doorstep.
The apartment measures 75m², comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms.
The master bedroom is large, equpada with wardrobe, desk and TV. The headboard is decorated with hydraulic tiles from an old mansion modernist Eixample.
The second bedroom has single bed, wardrobe and desk.
The third room is a bright studio with table and sofa bed.
The kitchen is very spacious, fully equipped and provides a small dining room.
In one part of the room is a dining table for 6. In the other, a living area with two sofas, one of which is easily converted into a comfortable double bed, large TV and stereo.
The apartment features make it extremely comfortable for 4 people, but is designed so that they can, using the sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping up to 5 people.

What can I say, this apartment was fantastic. Excellent location and excellent links to the train to get around Barcelona. What was even better was the gentlman who was dealing with us..Alex. We had travelled by road from Monaco and our car brokedown. He came with us and took us to a local garage and the dealers and was very helpful and supportive. In addition, our flights back to London had be rearranged, which meant we had an evening flight, Alex allowed us to stay four hour further than our check out time at the apartment which we are very grateful. Its a perfect apartment, and all my friends stated they would use this apartment with thier familiies as this apartment can accomodate up to 6 people! Thanks again!
