The apartment is accessed via a wide entrance, located on street level, you will find a technical room with a washing machine.

Going up a few steps you reach the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with burners, sink with two mouths, oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils. To access the living room one has to climb about 15-20 steps.

The spacious living area comprises a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table with 4 chairs and TV The bedroom has to the bathroom and has a walk-in closet.
