Apartment Bel Respiro is located a short walk from one of Cannes' gorgeous public sandy beaches, and just 15 minutes' walk from La Croisette. There is a charming bakery nearby, and two lovely French supermarkets.
The apartment (with air conditioning and free wifi Internet) sleeps up to four guests and is comprised of a separate double bedroom which features luxury cotton bedding, a living room with a high quality double sofa bed and dining table for four, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with bath and a garden facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing.
The apartment is furnished with beautiful soft furnishing and antiques which has been sourced from all along the Riviera.
You can easily walk from the apartment to the beach (Plage Gazagnaire) in around 10 minutes, while you can also enjoy the nearby shops, boulangeries, supermarkets and cafes, all of which are very accessible by foot. The Croisette is also in easy reach (in 10-15 minutes walk).
The area is well served by frequent buses. You can catch the number 200 bus (for 1 Euro) to Nice, Antibes and Monaco with ease, or you might simply like to catch it into the Old town of Cannes. It's all really easy. I've even timed the walk from the apartment to the Palais de festival and it's only 25 minutes walk, which is a lovely stroll along the coast.
The apartment features an outdoor terrace, which is nice to have breakfast on, however you might like to enjoy the secure private gardens, which have been beautifully maintained.

The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur) which is located around 39 km away from Cannes. Public transport including an excellent train and bus network (which serves the whole of the Cote D’Azur) is also available from the airport. Car hire is not essential.

The property is situated on the 2nd floor, and has lift/elevator access. While there is no parking with the apartment, guests can park in the street or use one of Cannes many secure car parks.

Property was clean, bright and spacious for two. We loved the apartment. The folder that was left in the apartment for us to use as a guide to the area was really helpful. Location was great. Near enough Cannes to walk but far enough to enjoy brekkie on the balcony every morning overlooking green plush gardens. Myself and my hubbie actually could not fault it.
We stayed at Bel Respiro during the Midem conference. It's a lovely apartment in a great part of town with everything you need. The 21 bus runs straight from the apartment to the Palais des Festivals, so it is a great place to stay for conferences. Simon is a great host and ensured that every detail of our stay went smoothly. His written guide was very helpful for getting around the local area - the local boulangerie is superb! Will definitely be staying here next year!
