The apartment was in a brand new building, nice applicances and furnishing. However the room was dusty, and the floor dirty. We never received the Wifi password ahead of time, nor was there any useful information package inside the apartment. There is no AC, we slept withe the window open, it can be quite loud. The office seem to be closed during the long weekend when we visited, no one to answer phones, or reply to emails. For an international company with business across the globe this is quite unbelievable and unprofessional. Hope the customer service issue will be resolved soon.
