I love hosting guests from all over the world. I met fantastic people and some times I made great friends.
I travelled myself extensively, during the last 10 years I have been living in Ireland. Back in Buenos Aires in 2012, and since I love it´s history and hidden corners I love sharing them with other travellers.
The idea is that you spend a wonderful time here. You will always find complimentary stuff such as a little basket with different infussions and/or local biscuits/sweets and something fresh to drink in the fridge.
If any of my guests is a healthy living lover, please let me know in advance so I can give you tips for having access into my fitness center on a trial pass.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on what is called Palermo Botanico, this is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Palermo Botanico offers the most amazing views of the city. And there is much you can do in the area itself. Based here you can reach other neighborhoods quite easily on the subte for just ARS 2.50 per ticket or you will find buses nearby and everywhere. In front of the building you can take the 37 bus which gets into Recoleta and into Corrientes Avenue.
On Oro street at the back of the building you can take other buses leading into Villa Crespo.
In Plaza Italia, just 4 blocks from the building you can find buses/metro and trains coming and going from and to everywhere around the city. Plaza Italia is one of the most large transport hubs in the city.
It is 6.2 km away from Jorge Newberry Airport for domestic flights
Let´s get into the apartment itself:
This is an small, cozy apartment with a great layout comprising of 1 living room with a dining area, a kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, juice maker, toaster, and coffe maker. And an iron.
There is a balcony with a washing machine for extra comfort. I always leave cleaning powder and conditioner available in case you arrive with clothes that need immediate laundry, please make sure you replace it for the next guess after using..
In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer (not a traveller one) and a weight scale.
In the living room you have a flat screen tv of 29'. There is cable TV with option for over 74 channels. And if you want to move it into the bed-room you can as well.
Air conditioner has been installed in the bed-room already.
Price includes Internet broad band, cable TV, phone service for local calls, service bills and taxes. All included!!!
There is a professional cleaner that provides clean towels and bed linen before and after every stay.
For long stays we can organize her to change towels and bed linen once a week.
This area of Palermo is very classy and quiet.
Attractions nearby: Zoo Park, and Botanical Gardens. The USA Embassy is just in front of the building besides the Argentinian Rural Society.
The Palermo Woods -are within the throw of a stone. Here you can go for a stroll, rowing on a boat, skating or just exercising and enjoying Music Festivals or Drive-in cinema, organized by the Government of the City, mostly during warm days.
Walking along Godoy Cruz after crossing Santa Fe Avenue you will reach Plaza Serrano area or Palermo Soho.
Las cañitas is also very near.
You can´t miss it.
Plenty of very good restaurants, shops, Spanish schools and attractions in the area.

Please take into account that 2 people have complained about noisy neighbors, bear in mind they could be noisy at times or not and that is something I could not be able to handle to your satisfaction. I have lived in that apartment myself and it worked perfect for me but noises are not such a hassle to me.
There is a 50 litres hot water tank, it should be enough for 2 people having a shower and being considerate about the environment.
Check in and check out times are flexible within a reasonable time - frame, I always work it out at the convenience of my guests, this is why I always ask you send arrival and departure times into Buenos Aires along with airport/train/ times and airport station you are arriving into.
The most of the times I greet my visitors myself, but if it rarely happens that I can´t I will write an email a week before arrival with detailed directions for everything and charming Silvia will greet you when checking in.
Anyway I am always available on email, phone, mobile number, (website hidden) or whatsapp.
Excelente piso de 2 ambientes, ideal para alojar 2 personas.
El piso tiene una sala de estar y comedor, el piso tiene una cocina completa equipada con nevera, micro-ondas, juguera, licuadora, tostadora, etc.
Hay un balcón equipado con una lavadora. Todo lo que precisas para una estadía comfortable.
En el baño hay bañera completa, secadora de pelo y balanza digital.
Televisor de pantalla plana de 29´.
El piso cuenta con aire acondicionado.
El precio incluye internet banda ancha, televisión por cable, teléfono (llamadas locales) y servicio de limpieza de una vez por semana con cambio de toallas y ropa de cama. No hay ningún otro gasto adicional.
El piso está ubicado en una zona de Palermo muy residencial y bonita, muy classy y tranquila. A 3 minutos de caminata (en frente) está el Jardín Zoológico, el Jardín Botánico, los famosos Bosques de Palermo. Así como también la Embajada de Estados Unidos, la Sociedad Rural Argentina. Como para no perderlo.
A dos calles, caminando por Godoy Cruz, después de cruzar la Avenida Santa Fe llegás a Plaza Serrano (paseo de no perderse cuando vengas a Buenos Aires).
Las cañitas también está muy cerca.
