Our home is at Lagonisi neighborhood a quiet and green area, 5 minute walk from the sea and 20 minutes with car to the central of Athens. We have a large beautiful garden and a parking which can fit 2 cars. Pharmacy and super market are next door and evertyhing else you need is really close. Is renovated 4 years and you can use each floor separately. We have 3 floors, the first one is semi-basement with 2 bedrooms and a W/C in different rooms, the second has a bedroom with large balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The thrird is a very big room, living room and bed together (like a studio) and a W/C with a shower.
We have a large garden and a yard with barbeque. You can enjoy your evening coffee in the back or in the front of the house with different views.
Our neighborhood is quiet especially in winter time, but if you like to go out there are lots of places very close. Big night clubs, tranditional taverns on the beach, coffee shops, etc. The houses are mostly duplex or triplex around. There is a pharmacy and a super market next door and may other stores really close to get everything you may need. Beach is 400 metres from the house, 5 minutes walk. If you like water sports, or taking long walks on nature you will enjoy it.
