Brand new and very clean house with 1 double and 2 single beds. It has a very nice garden. Quiet but very central location, close to main communication arteries and public transport. Free wireless internet and car parking available. Great views of the city from the park nearby.Very friendly host with fluent English and Italian.
You have a kitchen, 24 hours hot water,washing machine,electric kettle toaster , fridge,and microwave,central heating for winter and FANS available for summer time it is naturally cool enough .

If you are looking for a peaceful place to live in Istanbul, this is what you are after. A little away from the center, its a very peaceful location with transport links. Tuna, the landlady, is very cooperative. She would help you with groceries and help you settle (we stayed for 3 weeks). A very helpful family. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends visiting Istanbul.
A nice and clean house in a garden with two rooms and kitchenette. The owner lives in the main house and she is very helpful and friendly. Good beds, plenty of storage space in the bedroom and well working Wi-Fi. In the kitchenette one can easily do basic cooking. Anything more you need above the existing stuff in apartment, you can always ask Tuna (the owner) for help. Nearest supermarket is about 300 m downhill. You should visit the near-by park (Küçük Çamlica), which offers a splendid view over the city with a execellent reasonably priced terrace restaurant on the top. Travelling to Bosphorus ferries is easy with buses. Taxi from Üsküdar is about 13 TL and from Taksim sq. is still reasonable 35 TL (when you stay late and ferries stop traversing the strait). We absolutely recommend this place for those who do not mind travelling away from the city hassle after sight seeing etc. When we are back in this great city, Tuna will get us again! We had a great time in Istanbul. A nice and clean gardenhaus and Tuna as a lovely host. She was very helpful, had a lot of good tipps and advice.
