Beautiful, spacious apartment with garden and swimming pool to enjoy in the summertime. It is located in a area of the city which has been totally renovated in the last years. Quite near from the apartment is located the Trade Fair Park Juan Carlos I (IFEMA), next to the park with the same name, considered one of the most relevant parks in Madrid because of its great design. In its boundaries there is an 18 holes golf course. Nearby the apartment is placed the Puerta Madrid Hotel, few meters far from Avenida de Madrid Hotel, which houses a spectacular Spa Fittness area. The vicinity of the apartment provides all the facilities: banks, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The area is connected to the city centre by the underground line 5 and by several bus lines. The apartment, situated in a quiet housing development with garden and pool, has a balcony overlooking the gardens, air conditioning, two double bed rooms, built-in closet, bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower, and a spacious kitchen with all the household equipment, furniture and fittings required as well as sheets and towels.
