Comfortable 70sqmt flat on the third floor of a modern building with elevator. It is only 10 minutes walking far from Trastevere railway station. Easy access to the city centre by 3 bus lines. Stop at the doorsteps. Connection to the underground line B and fast city train to Vatican city from Trastevere station. Livingroom with a sofa bed convertible into 2 single, a doubleroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with the most common appliances including a washer and a microwave, a bathroom and two balconies. The street is private and quiet at night but the area offers any kind of shops and facilities.Internet access complimentary. Ideal accommodation for a family of 4 or 4 friends.

Flat is in good condition, kitchen well equiped. The two balconies can be used for smoking sessions and small talk with coffee or a bottle wine in the evening. WIFI is working well with high speed. We used it for livestream-videos, emails and news information. An ideal accomodation for two persons. In the neighbourhood are a lot of stores for shopping. Quick connection to the centre of the city with three different bus lines to Piazza Venezia and one to E.U.R. or close to Vatican city. The contact to the flat owner was easy via email, SMS or handy. We were deeply impressed on the hospitality at welcome and during our stay. Nice connention to airport by bus (3 stops) to Stazione Trastevere and the train to Fiumicino within 40 minutes. We can recommend this flat for other tourists. It was not our last visit in Itaca House.

the facility was very nice. However it is in the deep residential part of Rome and at least a 15 minute walk to the metro and a 20-30 minute bus ride into town. Be sure to get a good metro map and a city map before going. But the apartment itself was fabulous and the owners were especially friendly.
