The apartment, very spacious, ideal for families or two/three couples, can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed of: 2 bedrooms, 1 large lounge that includes a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and a large terrace. It is located at the ground floor, with independent entrance in the Monteverde neighbourhood a few hundreds metres from one of the largest city park "Villa Pamphili" and a hundred metres from one of the most characteristic street markets in Rome.
Gerard This property is in a residential area and is within easy access of the city. There are buses and a tram just two minutes away. The tram only take 15 minutes to get into Rome center and buses take longer depending on traffic. There is a mini market, a bar and some restaurants nearby, and an open market for bread, cheese, fish etc about 3 minutes walk away. The apartment is very clean and spacious and has heating and air-conditioning. It has a large living area with full cooking facilities and fridge freezer. There are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a bath. There are fold out beds in the living area also. There is a little courtyard which would be nice in the summer. Gaetano, is very welcoming and tells you everything you need to know about the area and how to get around Rome. He also offered to bring us back to the Airport for €40, which was great. Nice Safe area, highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
Michael We had a great time in Rome. Vacanzopoli is a very good apartment, clean and spacious, in a very good and convenience location. Our landlord Gataneo was very polite and helpful; he made us feel that we had a friend in Rome. We will definitely visit Rome again and we know where to stay … To Vacanzopoli . Michael and Yianna
Helga We spent a week in Rome - the apartment is very good. It is large (we were 4 and it could very easily be for 6-8) and having the 2 bathrooms with our teenage daughters was glorious. It is clean, extremely well located ( about 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia by direct tram- the middle of everything) and has everything you need. A great local open air market is just down the street and the small grocery/deli virtually beside the apartment is also wonderfully friendly and handy. Other public transit connections are just as easy and direct - we did a day trip to Pompeii and Herculaneum with no problems. The host - Gaetano - is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick to answer messages and makes you right at home. Listen to his advice - he knows of what he speaks. You are outside the walls of Rome, but that allows you to have a more italian experience.
Courtney We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Rome at Vacanzopoli. Our host, Gaetano, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He showed us the neighborhood and answered our questions and even let us keep our bags in the apartment after checkout, until we could catch our train on the last evening. The apartment had everything we needed from wifi, to kitchen appliances, to hairdryer and iron. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. When my daughter knocked over a lamp on the bedside table in her sleep and broke it, we offered to pay for it and Gaetano told us not to worry about it and that he was just happy that everyone was ok. Very kind! It is an easy ride into the middle of Rome on the 8 tram and we would recommend this place to anyone traveling there...all in all, a very good experience!

Instant bookingInstant booking rentals can be booked directly within a few minutes, much like you book a hotel room on the internet. Only our highest quality rentals are chosen to be featured in our instant booking selection.
On requestTo book "on request" rentals, you need to send a request to confirm availability with the owner before booking. You will receive the owner's answer to your request directly by email. We advise sending requests to 3 or 4 "on request" rentals that interest you most. As soon as you receive a positive answer, you should book immediately; waiting for other replies increases the chances that available rentals will be booked by someone else.
Taxes and FeesHouseTrip is an online platform for holiday apartments. We do not own or manage the apartments listed on our site. We connect you with owners and managers of holiday apartments around the world, providing you with a safe and easy-to-use platform to book and pay for your stay. This payment is then held securely by an independent third party until 2 days after you have arrived at the property, when it is transferred to the owner. By handling this process, certain taxes and fees are incurred, which are included in this section.
Additional FeesSometimes hosts ask for additional fees (refundable security deposits, cleaning charges, etc.) that cannot be paid through HouseTrip. You will need to pay these fees directly to the host when you arrive at the apartment.
