Entire Apartment in Vienna: The Urban Market Square Apartment
The apartment is located directly on the Yppenmarkt or commonly referred to as the Brunnemarkt. The up and coming area is home to many trendy cafes and restaurants as well as EuropeÕs longest outdoor street market. The so-called SOHO area is a multicultural district with a young and liberal crowd, located only minutes from the old city center of Vienna.
The apartment is located on the second floor walk-up (BE AWARE: no lift Ð and the stairway is NOT pretty), and has a very homey feel to it. It has been fully renovated in the summer 2011, and features a kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and as studio which contains a double bed as well as futon sofa. The apartment also has a washing machine (no dryer but drying racks), flat screen TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, free WIFI and cable TV. Of course we will also provide you with fresh linens, towels, soap and shampoo to make your stay most comfortable.
The apartment fits up to 4 people and is ideal for people visiting Vienna for enjoyment or work.
For families, we also offer a baby crib at no additional cost.
The tram and U6 stop one block from the apartment and will take you within minutes you are in the 1st District - the old center of Vienna. There are also banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and produces in the immediate neighborhood.
Cleaning - and laundry service as well as customized tours throughout the city are available upon request. Ask about long-term rental rates
Wir waren über Silvester zu 4. in der Wohnung, da wurde es schon etwas eng mit dem Bett und dem ausgezogenen Schlafsofa (nicht ganz so bequem, aber für 4 Nächte hat es gepasst) in dem Zimmer. War alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Atmosphäre war auch super. Die Wohnung liegt gut und ruhig - man ist relativ schnell zur U6 gelaufen und in näherer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Spar, diverse Stände am Brunnenmarkt). Also zu 4. würde ich es mir nochmal überlegen, aber bei 2 Personen wirklich perfekt.
L'appartement est propre, rénové et très fonctionnel. La photo est plus flattese que la réalité. Il faut savoir que l'appartement est au coeur du quartier turc à 15 minutes en traway du centre de Vienne. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Notez qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil de la propriétaire, un petit guide est disponible, on vous indque comment récupérer les clés. Marie et Serge
Aucun accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû appeler la propriétaire car on ne nous avait pas donné le bon code du cadenas pour récuperer les clés de l'appartement.Celui-ci est propre, confortable, bien équipé mais à bonne distance du centre de Vienne, 40 minutes de marche, par contre le tramway passe tout près.Nous ne savions pas non plus à quel point le quartier était sécure,en particulier le soir et la nuit...
