This apartment is officially acknowledged by the municipality of Amsterdam for short-stay. The apartment is situated in the classic Amsterdam-Style housing area, the Rivierenbuurt, 10 minutes walk away from the hippest area of Amsterdam “de Pijp” and the most famous market of Holland, the Albert Cuyp market and 10 minutes on bicycle or public transport from center and Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum.

In 15 minutes by bicycle direction south, you are at the Amstel river and in the Dutch countryside, with its cows and windmills, and the statue, where Rembrandt used to paint.
The apartment is on the second floor with windows all
around and has 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and one
bedroom with a bunk bed with two 90x200cm mattrasses.

Un barrio tranquilo y perfectamente comunicado con los lugares de
mas interés de la ciudad como el museo Van Gogh y el Rijksmuseo.
El apartamento esta a 200 metros del centro de congresos RAI con parking público.

Muy fácil llegar al centro en bicicleta en 10 minutos o si prefieres
el tranvía, puedes tomarlo en la esquina y en 5 paradas
estás en pleno centro.
A 15 minutos en la bicicleta en dirección sur, se encuentran
el río Amstel y la campiña holandesa, con sus vacas y molinos de viento, y la estatua, donde Rembrandt solia pintar.
El piso es muy luminoso, tiene grandes ventanales y 2 balcones.

Another superb vacation in Amsterdam! This being our second visit and second time staying at this apartment. Always feels like home when we stay here. The apartment is spacious and kitchen has everything you need. We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed eating at the beautiful wood dining table. The beds are comfortable and sofa is cozy! The neighborhood is great and people are friendly. Dean market is just across the street! Excellent location for families as well. Just a short 10 minute train ride to the city and fun. For us it was nice to be close via train but far from all the noise of partiers. Pierre has been by far the best host. He is extremely pleasant , responsive, and willing to help with carrying up our luggage. We look forward to returning to this apartment, our Amsterdam home away from home. Lewis family!
We spent some wonderful days in Amsterdam. The apartment is very cozy and in spite of the cold and snow we have been very comfortable. See the snow through the beautiful windows of the house has been unforgettable. The apartment is spacious, bigger than it looks in the pictures, bright, cozy, well kept and clean and has everything you need to feel right at home from the start. Even fresh flowers! The kitchen is well equipped and there was coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, nesquik, etc. The apartment is located in a beautiful and typical neighborhood, very authentic, and close to “The Pijp” and the center, you take the tram right in front of the house and in 10 minutes you are in the center. Just in opposite is a supermarket, there are restaurants of all nationalities, shops, bicycle rental and tram, all very close. We also visited the countryside with its windmills next to the river “Amstel” which is just a 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner was very friendly, he told us about the history of the area and places to visit to know the real Amsterdam and not just the typical tourist sites. (Just in front is the school where Anne Frank went!) We also had a lovely walk to the Van Gogh museum and Rijkmuseum. We hope to return in the spring and Pierre, the owner, told us he will take us for a tour on his boat through the canals. We highly recommend this beautiful home.
Apartamento típico holandés con encanto y muy tranquilo. Esta en una ubicación perfecta si quieres experimentar como vive la clase media holandesa, no muy cerca del centro pero muy bien comunicado y a 800 metros del campo y el Rio Amstel. Tienes un supermercado en la esquina de enfrente. Ningún problema, todo según lo previsto y su propietario Pierre muy atento y simpático nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Drisfrutamos muchísimo y nos gusto mucho esta hermosa y animada ciudad. PD: El vecino de abajo muy quisquilloso con los ruidos
