Martine Appartement très bien situé pour la visite de Lisbonne, transports en commun proche. Cet appartement est correctement équipé, déco moderne. Attention, chauffage d'appoint trop juste si le temps avait été moins clément (nous avons eu entre 10 et 15°). Accueil sympa et très arrangeant de Sofia. Le point très NEGATIF est l'odeur envahissante de remonter d'égout dans la salle de bain. Il faut bien fermer la salle de bain pour ne pas que l'odeur envahisse tout l'appartement !!! Le propriétaire devrait veiller plus minutieusement à l'entretien de son appartement. Des petits détails aujourd'hui deviendront vite des désagréments. ex : tuyau de douche en mauvais état, fuite au bas du lavabo, frigo non dégivré et non nettoyé. L'appartement semble propre au premier abord mais les petits coins laissent à désirer. En conclusion, appartement sympa pour quelques jours mais pas plus à cause de l'ODEUR.
