Design apartment in a very modern building. This apartment in Barcelona center has been finished and refurbished in 2011. Located on a third floor with elevator, the entire apartment has big windows with amazing views over emblematic buildings of Barcelona such as the sail-shaped Hotel W, Montjuic and Paseo Colón and the main streets that lead to las Ramblas. The apartment has been conceived to give the maximum comfort to its guests: centralized air-conditioning, sound-proof windoes, high quality wooden floors and black stones in the service areas. The living area has a double sofa bed and a living room, dining table with 4 chairs, washing machine and dish washer. Strategically located few meters from the metro station and in between the Barceloneta - Borne district, easy walk to las Ramblas, the beach and the Ciudadela Park. Bright and very quiet, highly recommended for its modernity, comfort and location, this apartment will give you a real Barcelonian taste just having a look out of the windows.

Marko Pillows in the closet were very dirty, the toilet seat broken, the knives in the kitchen very dirty, walls dirty. I have pictures of all this. Also, it offends my intelligence as charged 50e for cleaning and I have to throw the trash and wash the dishes before leaving. You have a big problem with hygiene, although charged big money for cleanup. I am very unhappy with the service since the first contact with you. Marko Petkovic
