Lovely apartment whole at your disposal in a superb location just in fron of the Vatican Museums entrance and at only 3 min walk to S.Peter’s Basilica Square.

The apartment 60 mq, IIIrd floor with lift, composed by an entrance/living with table and chairs, two bedroom as follow: one double bedroom and a very large bedroom (25sqm) with double bed and a single bed (one more single bed if necesary for the 6th person), an equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with shower.
It is fully equipped and furnished with care:

-ceiling fan in the double bedroom

-ironing board
-washing machine and dry rack
-vacuum cleaner
-air conditioning
This area called Prati is elegant and safe, perfect for an holiday for location and services.
It has every kind of shops all around, cinemas, theatre, café.
In Candia street you'll find pizzerias, bakeries, chemists, clothes shops, internet points etc.
On the opposite street 2 supermarkets and in the back side of the building in Doria street the extensive outside market and the flower market.
For few days you will live in this apartment as your own apartment, in all privacy as a real roman family

Loved the neighbourhood, and the apartment! Sabrina was excellent at communication, and the apartment was very comfortable for our 3 adults (Grandmother, mother, father) and 2 children. There is no living room area, but that did not bother us as were using the apartment just as a base for eating and sleeping. It's location was perfect - steps from the Vatican. We also enjoyed browsing in the inexpensive little clothing stores nearby, and found it easy to pick up groceries within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome! Thank you Sabrina, and also thanks to your son, David who is charming and polite. :-)

We spent 5 nights here in April 2012 with our family of 5. Sabrina is a wonderful hostess. The apartment is cozy, clean, and a great value. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but sufficient. We loved the neighborhood, especially the market just behind the apartment with a play structure for our kids, "Non Solo Pizza" (a great take out place down the block) and "Gelateria Millennium" the opposite direction, which makes outstanding homemade gelato. This is a great place to stay to see both the major sites of Rome as well as the flavor of life in the city. Thank you!!

appartement très bien situé dans une rue commerçante et animée, métro à 5mn, Vatican à 2mn. l'appartement doit être utilisé comme une base pour dormir et prendre les petits déjeuner.les chambres sont spacieuses,salle de bain wc petite,cuisine suffisante pour les petits déjeuners. il manque un petit coin confortable pour se poser en rentrant des visites. Sabrina est une propriétaire charmante qui saura bien vous accueillir .
The apartment was "as advertised" in every respect. Plenty of room for our family of four, fantastic location (very convenient to grocery shopping, dining, public transport, and it's pretty cool to be able to walk to Vatican City in 2 minutes), and Sabrina was a very gracious host. The only minor negative was that the towels and some of the linens were a little sour, nothing a tablespoon of Clorox wouldn't fix. I would (and will) recommend this place as a great base for exploring Rome!

Host response I had some problems with the guest. Tried to understand what he meant but it was really difficult to do. After 3 nights stay he sent to me a message about a bad smell he noticed into the large bedroom. I knew there was no problem at all as I made the check in with his son and the apartment was cleaned perfectly as always and there was no bad smell there when I gave the apartment. Anyway I offered him a new cleaning service. The cleaning woman and also my son went to the apartment to check the problem but they didn't notice anything, anyway as agreed she cleaned again the master bedroom. The day after he changed idea and told me the problem was at the bed, then last day he told me the problem was at the pillows. Really very difficult to understand and to satisfy. The apartment is not tired, can't understand what does he mean about building came down slightly. I made all in my possibility offering a new cleaning service and if he had written before I would have had more time for example to change pillows but he told me this his last day stay! Anyway happy that the other 9 reviews are positive and reflect how the apartment really is.
