Spread over the top three floors of a newly renovated eighteenth century old stone house in the center of šibenik this rental apartment is beautifully finished to the highest standards.
The property is located in one of Croatia's largest old towns where coble stone streets are reserved for pedestrians and days can be spent exploring the small streets and hidden treasures of this thousand year old city.
The entrance to the master apartment is on the second floor, leading to a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table and a small bathroom (450 sq ft). A sumptuous sofa sits in the sea facing corner of the room which can be folded out into a double bed for guests or children.
Following a wooden stair case to the third floor there are two balconies facing east and west suitable for either sunrise or sunset with views of the old town rooftops, a church and the hills on one balcony and the sea from the other. This floor has a lounge room and the main bathroom equipped with a large shower and flowing shower head, washing and drying machine, toilet and washbasin.
The top floor is reserved for the master bedroom (350 sq ft) with views of the sea. A wardrobe, study desk and a relaxing couch are available in this room.
The entire house is finished with oak floor boards, exposed beams and teak furniture from Indonesia.
Through a separate entrance a stone staircase leads to a guest apartment on the first floor with a kitchenette, bathroom and views of the sea (available upon request at additional cost).
The ground floor serves as a basement suitable for storage for any long term renters.
