Apartment Alexa is an exceptional spacious two separate double bedroomed first floor holiday apartment, with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room in the heart of Budapest , just steps away from the art and cultural quarters for example the famous Opera House and Broadway . The apartment is light and airy , with the traditional high ceilings , wooden parquet flooring and double doors which are the hallmark of classic Budapest apartments.
This is an extremely comfortable apartment for four people , with one double bedroom having an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed. The other double bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room , and there is an additional separate toilet . There is also a double sofa bed in the living room so , the apartment can welcome 6 people with ease. This apartment is ideal for families or for couples wishing to holiday together also friends and businessmen. Alexa combines home comfort with a perfect base for sightseeing.
The apartment on summer time cool and on winter time warm . The local neighbors are kind people and helpfull . The nearby market ( 200 meters ) provide fresh fruits , meat , wares , milk and vegetables . You feel yourself in safety because we are just few minutes from the accommodation .
Notice : the building was under reconstruction in 2011 , so now it is absolute very beautiful with a new garden !!

We were a party of 8, 2 families with 4 young adults who went to Budapest to celebrate 3 18 birthdays, a 60th birthday and Mother's Day. We had a wonderful time. Jonas and Josef, the owners of the apartment were truly helpful. They were in full email contact with us before the trip and booked our taxis to and from the airport, booked us into restaurants and made excellent suggestions of what to do. The Budapestis were very friendly with the majority of them speaking English. We had a fabulous 3 days - thanks, we would certainly recommend this property and Budapest!
Very welcoming host. Janos gave lots of ideas of the places to see and where to eat. The apartment was comfortable and warm, as well as being centrally located. It was very secure and peaceful and the hosts made you feel that nothing was too much trouble. The spa was fantastic and the City is worth seeing by night. We only spent a couple of days which wasn't really long enough to get to see all the sights. However, eating out is realtively cheap (go to the places the host recommends)and beer is less than a £1 in some places. Overall a lovely break was had by all and we would recommend the apartment.

Nous recommandons cet appartement non seulement pour les prestations qu'il offre mais aussi pour le contact des deux charmants propriétaires.
Nancy , Peter and Nancy mother are very kind people .They spent one week in our apartment . We highly recommend them for the other owners . Hope , they will visit Budapest soon ....
The apartment is very spacious with a lot of old world charm. The furniture could use a little update, but the kitchen is excellent for guests who like to cook fresh food from local farmers' markets. The apartment really works because the owner, Janos, takes his time to orient his guests to the apartment and the local points of interest. He truly wants his guests to enjoy his city. He even walked my wife and me to the correct tram at 6:00 A.M. and told the driver in Hungarian to "take care" of us and be sure that we got off at the correct stop for the railroad station. (We had to get an early flight out of Vienna to Rome, not a plane you want to miss)

Host response We welcomed a big family in our apartment . They arrived happily and it was very kind .
