The flat lies on the 10th floor of a new residential tower, facing both east and south - meaning it's warm and sunny in the Autumn/Winter months, cool during the hot Spring/Summer months. Large living/dining room with sofa, tv, stereo and table. Two double bedrooms fully furnished. Kitchen features all mod cons. Fully fitted Modern bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Secure private indoor parking in garage available and included in price. Walking distance to and from downtown Lisbon; 1 minute from buses, 10 minutes from Arroios metro station.

To all of you who are reading this, few important facts about this property and its owner..First of all, flat, that is on the pictures, is even pretier when you are living inside of it for 7 days..Beds are so cozy and comfortable that you can have a great night sleep and be awaken with a smile on your face, especially when you see trough window whole Lisboa :) Secondly, for you cookers, there's a beautifull kitchen with everything you need (dishes,plates,microvawe, WOK..) and even more (your own herbs, planted in the cups)..Just be careful not to burn anything, 'cause kitchen also has a breath-taking view, so you can easily be lost.. In this appastmant is really anything you need, and i would fully reccomend it to anyone who wants to stay in Lisboa..It's very very close to all the transportation (bus and metro) and it has this cozy atmphosfere and the whole neighborhood is also very nice and pleasant..There's a supermarket in the same building,so that's another plus for this app..And, big thanks to Manuel and his welcome..He was such a nice host, and helped us to have the unforgettable week in Lisboa!Thx for that, and big hello from Lada, Mirna, Kosh, Dorotea, Nina and me..Hope someone else should have a great time like we did!
el dueño del piso es muy amable y atento. Nos dejó planos y libros sobre la ciudad y nos explicó todo sobre Lisboa, su casa y la zona. El apartamento está super bien, comodo, limpio y tiene una vista impresionante y a 10 minutos andando puedes coger el tram n. 28 para llegar al centro. Recomiendo a todos la estancia en este apartamento. Elena y Danila
Piso muy agradable y perfectamente equipado. No hemos echado nada en falta. El piso tiene muy buenas vistas, al ser una décima planta, y cuenta con un aparcamiento que ha resultado ser utilísimo dada la complejidad del tráfico y el aparcamiento en Lisboa. El propietario es muy atento, nos ha ofrecido un magnífico trato, ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado y no ha dudado en darnos todas las facilidades posibles para nuestra estancia. De regresar a Lisboa, no dudaría en reservar de nuevo este apartamento.
