The apartment is located 8 min. walking from the subway stop (28th St. 6 line). The neighborhood is vibrant, full of restaurants, cafes and bars.

I honestly must say after all the searching around for a place to rent this place fit my wife and I very well. It was very well decordated, very colorful and brought a lot of life to the room. The apartment was clean and prepared well for us. The building a long with the location of the downtown area created a very warm & comfortable feel while being in such a big city. I would most definitely book this place again hands down, we loved it. Also big ups to the host! She was very welcoming and helpful for everything we needed. My Top Pick for NY rental! Best, M.B.
When we arrived in Manhattan, there was first a bit of a confusion. On the reservation, we needed to call a certain person for the accescode to the studio. When we called him, he told us he didn't work for the organisation renting the studio anymore. But luckily we received three phonenumbers and one of them was correct. The studio itself is very comfy. The bed sleeps well, there is a kitchenette if need be. Very important to me was also the use of a coffeemachine, which is present in the kitchen. (it's better coffee than starbucks in my opinion and cheaper too). The room was very clean on arrival. The communication with the contactperson was also very good. I really recommend this studio if you're looking for a room to stay in for a week or so when you visit manhattan with three to four people. The only (little) disadvantage is that you have to walk three blocks to a metrostation, but that's good for your health.
