Charming Parisien studio with a direct view on the Sacred Heart and the roofs of Paris, at the 8th floor with elevator.
Studio conveniently located in the heart of Paris,by Poncelet market and 5mn from Arc de Triomphe,Champs Elysée and Manceau Parc.
Pleasant and quiet area, close to the metro and RER, giving you quick access to all Parisian monuments (the Eiffel Tower, Place du Trocadero, Notre Dame, Sacred Heart ...) and to the airports
Housing 10m ² fully renovated, very bright with views over the rooftops of Paris, for 1 to 2 people.
This studio has one sofa bad for two people and dinning table in leaving part, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans) and separate shower and toilet room.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
The property was well located close to main attractions and the metro. The apartment was very small as it says, do not expect much room to move around when the bed is folded out at all. The bathroom is nice but the hot water runs out very quickly and when you are looking for a nice hot shower in the winter you don't have much time in there at all. Would be more helpful if when greeted it was by someone who spoke English and could tell you everything without terrible communication. At least a note in english explaining about the apartment to give you a little bit more information. Overall a nice place to stay in Paris was good and well equipped, perfect stay for a couple or a single.
The apartment is pretty but very cosy,for me and my boyfriend it wasn't a problem because we came home just to have a shower and sleep and for our needs the apartment was ok. The most positive aspect is the location,is very close to the metro and to the city center in general,it's perfect to discover every aspect of the town!
Le studio était conforme à la description, et vraiment très propre. La vue sur Montmartre est vraiment sympathique. La station de métro est à 5 minutes à peine, et de nombreuses supérettes sont à côté pour faire des courses. Une Box "dédiée" est disponible pour accéder à Internet en Wifi, et profiter du "replay & co" sur la télé. La température de l'appartement, en plein hiver, était agréable également. Très bon séjour, et les contacts avec la propriétaire & co très agréable.
