Ce petit studio peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes grâce à la mezzanine et au canapé lit (clic-clac). Il est situé à côté de la Place de Clichy mais dans un passage au calme, à 5mn à pied du Moulin Rouge et du quartier de Montmartre. Il est situé au 3e et dernier étage d'un immeuble ancien. Le studio est petit mais fonctionnel et il y a tout le nécessaire: cuisine, lave-linge, un accès internet haut débit avec ou sans fil, télévision et chaine hifi, placard, une salle d'eau avec douche, wc et lavabo. Le lit en mezzanine est un couchage de 120cm de large et le canapé lit mesure 130cm de large. A 2 mn à pied le métro Place de Clichy (lignes 2 et 13), le bus (lignes 54, 30, 68, 74, 80, 81, 95) qui parcoure tout Paris de la Tour Eiffel, au Champs Elysées, en passant par l'Opéra, le Louvre et Saint Germain des Prés. En vous promenant à pied, vous pourrez découvrir le Paris d'Amélie Poulain, les marchés de la rue Lepic et profiter de la vue depuis le Sacré Coeur ! L'appartement a été repeind en Mars 2012, le canapé est neuf, nous avons aussi ajouté un placard pour qu'il y ait plus de rangement. Toute la literie a été remplacée à neuf également (matelas, couettes, oreillers, etc...). Il y a encore une amélioration à faire au niveau de la salle de bain, mais les travaux sont prévus pour très bientôt.

This studio can accommodate up to 4 people through the mezzanine and sofa bed (sofa bed). It is located next to the Place de Clichy but in a quiet way, 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. It is located at 3rd and last floor of an old building. The studio is small but functional and there is everything needed: kitchen, washing machine, internet access high speed wired and wireless, television and stereo, closet, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The raised bed is a bed of 120cm wide and 130cm sofa bed is wide. A 2 minute walk the Place de Clichy Metro (lines 2 and 13), bus (lines 54, 30, 68, 74, 80, 81, 95) that goes through all Paris from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées, passing by the Opera, the Louvre and Saint Germain des Pres. While walking on foot, you can discover the Paris of Amelie Poulain, the markets of the rue Lepic and enjoy the view from the Sacre Coeur! The apartment was repeind in March 2012, the sofa is new, we also added a closet so that there is more storage. All bedding was also changed to nine (mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc ...). There are still improvements to be done in the bathroom, but work is due very soon.

L'emplacement est excellent et très calme. Tout ce qui concerne la literie est correct, en bon état (matelas, couettes, oreillers). Par contre, manque de propreté ! La salle de bain est insalubre : moisissure un peu de partout, porte-serviette ne tenant pas, rideau de douche moisi... C'est dommage qu'il manque le minimum : papier WC, produit vaisselle alors qu'il reste des denrées alimentaires périmées...(un peu de ménage à ce niveau là serait nécessaire ainsi que la poussière sur les étagères).

Wir schliefen zu dritt und zu viert im Appartment, der Platz war nicht riesig aber absolut ausreichend. Sicherlich, die Einrichtung sollte mal überholt werden - Schlafcouch in einem nicht so tollen Zustand, der Duschvorhang kuschelt gerne, Schimmel im Bad, Bettdecken Mangelware, Glaskanne der Kaffemaschine kaputt, einige Steckdosen defekt (und kaum freie Steckdosen!), ... Jedoch für die Lage und den Preis absolut 4 Sterne wert. Wer klinische Reinheit mag, muss in Paris sicher mehr Geld ausgeben. Für eine Truppe wie uns (3 Freunde, die eine Freundin in Paris besuchten) sehr nett!

As mentioned in previous reports, the location is excellent. The apartment is in urgent need of a renovation. The shower was very small and the screen was inadequate. The bed is located in a loft above the kitchen. The ceiling is approximately 70cm from head when lying in bed plus there is a uncovered skylight also directly above your head.....very claustrophobic and hot! The appliances are very old and are in need of replacement. In my opinion this apartment is not at a standard for renting.
