Located on a quite and leafy residential street in North-West London. Within a 10 minute walk to Rayners Lane Underground station, which serves both Metropolitan ad Piccadilly Lines. Very easy and direct access to Central London. Baker Street (Regent’s Park) is within 25 minutes and Hyde Park is within 35 minutes. Also great access to the M25 and Heathrow Airport.

Dear reader, we really recommend this Studio Apartment in North West London. What you see is what you get. The photographs give a very good impression of what to expect. The studio is complete, very clean, well-kept, the bed and cushions are comfortable as well as the futon. Another asset is the location. The studio is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Rayner’s Lane Metropolitan Station (of the Piccadilly Line as well as the Metropolitan Line) and situated in a quiet street. It’s wonderful to come “home” to after a busy day in London City Centre. The host is very friendly, welcoming as well as helpful. My son and I definitely consider coming back in the (near) future. We liked - the location (handy to transport to London), adequately equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with nice linen, unit was very clean, warm welcome from host. We would've liked - a clock, access to a clothes dryer (were given a drying rack which took up a lot of space in an already cramped room), somewhere to put suitcases, more than 2 towels, bigger towels, more coathangers, off street parking, easier communication with the owner (diffficult to locate him). The on-line photos were deceptive - the place is VERY small and is really not suitable for any more than 2 people. I didnt like having the bed up against the wall and having to climb over my partner each time i wanted to get in and out of bed.
Très bon studio, très bien équipé et propre. la cuisine est très bien avec tout ce qu'il faut comme ustensile. Le lit est confortable. Il y'a un petit supermarché qui est ouvert jusqu'à 23h.Le métro est a 10 min a pied et il dessert la ligne principal Piccadilly line .Vous êtes dans le centre en 30 min. Esther et Don sont vraiment très gentils. Nous avons été très bien accueillis!! même si vous n'êtes pas dans le centre c'est une location que je recommande.
Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour à Londres. Don et Esther sont des personnes vraiment gentils et ils sont toujours très disponibles pour répondre aux questions. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Le quartier est calme avec de commerce à proximité et bien communiqué par les transports en commun, sauf il faut savoir qu'il n'est pas à côté du centre de Londres et il faut compter avec 45 minutes de train pour arriver à la gare de St. Pancras ou dans un autre point d'intérêt touristique. Pour les petites famille ça ferait un plus du logement de proposer un lit parapluie de bébé ou un baignoire ça rendrait plus facile certaines taches aux jeunes parents, sinon l'appartement est confortable.
Host response The accommodation is advertised as a studio flat, not large but perfectly adequate, the price reflects that. If I remember, I offered the use of our dryer but you wished to use a drying rack. It seemed that you used the accommodation as a launderette for the few days of your stay before continuing with your travels. Bath towels are provided (not sure how much bigger you wished for!) and extra towels are always in the wardrobe which has a large shelf above for suitcases and also plenty of hangers! Off street parking is available but as you wished to use the car regularly I gave you parking vouchers to use on a very quiet street which you seemed quite happy with, I was trying to be helpful! I do not recall a time that you had difficulty contacting anybody. The photos clearly show the bed against the wall. In addition to that the place was left extremely dirty.
