Séjour de 3 nuits minimum. Ce charmant appartement mansardé pour 3 personnes est situé dans l’incroyablement romantique et authentique quartier de Montmartre au 6eme et dernier étage avec ascenseur. Vous apprécierez le fait d’être juste au dessus du fameux Café des Deux Moulins, le café d’Amélie Poulain. Se promener dans cette zone est un réel plaisir pour les amoureux de Paris.
Ce logement de vacances a un charme particulier qui provient de son toit mansardé, et de ses trois balcons où vous adorerez manger vos petits croissants chauds pendant vos petits déjeuners et depuis lesquels vous apprécierez la vue magnifique sur Paris. Le sol de l’appartement est en parquet. La pièce principale a un magnifique canapé Chesterfield, des lampes, ainsi que l’accès aux deux balcons. Vous trouverez également une table avec 2 chaises qui vous permettra de manger dans votre appartement parisien. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée et vous permettra également de cuisiner les divers aliments rapportés des marchés de Montmartre. Vous trouverez tout l’équipement nécessaire: réfrigérateur avec congélateur, four, micro-ondes, machine à laver (actuellement en panne), hotte, placards, ustensiles et couverts... La chambre séparée possède un lit double, une grande armoire avec un miroir, lampes, étagères encastrées ainsi que l’accès au troisième balcon. La salle de bain est équipée avec une douche, lavabo, miroirs, et des toilettes.
Vous serez séduits par ce charmant quartier, ses petites ruelles pavées, ses bars et restaurants accueillants. Il a profondément été apprécié par de nombreux peintres, sculpteurs, poètes, et Renoir a même vécu et peint énormément à Montmartre. The floor of the apartment is parquet. The main room has a splendid Chesterfield sofa, lamps, and access to two balconies. La situation de l'appartement est parfaite. Le quartier est très jolie.Cependant l'appartement était très sale, de la poussière a revendre, des cheveux , des poils... la douche peu avenante, la cuisine grasse et la vaisselle mal lavée.Le robinet de l'évier est près à tomber, le torchon pas lavé. La literie douteuse. Autre inconvénient le logement est pour 3 et on ne trouve que deux chaises. Les tabourets sur le balcon ont disparus. Les photos sont très jolies mais la réalité est plus crasseuse. On se demande pourquoi on paye le ménage. La personne responsable de l'accueil et de l'appartement n'est absolument pas sérieuse et difficilement joignable. Pour résumer bien placé mais sale, il faut faire le ménage avant de pouvoir s'installer.

Nous avons séjourné rue Lepic du 30 juin au 4 juillet et avons beaucoup aimé la situation au coeur de Montmartre.Le studio est très bien équipé,tout fonctionnait bien et le lit est confortable.Il manquait seulement un lampe près du lit. Dommage, le ménage n'avait pas été fait complètement (beaucoup de poussière, et pas récente...)
