Balham has a huge choice of bars, restaurants and shops, including both Waitrose and Sainsburys. The famous Bedford Pub/Banana Cabaret live music and comedy venue is at the end of the road!
Located on the top (2nd) floor, this light and bright apartment has something of a 'penthouse' feel about it. There is a fully fitted kitchen, large lounge/diner, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom 2 single beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of single bunks. There is a bathroom with full sized bath/shower and also a separate shower room.
For a stroll or a jog - Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Commons(boasting Tooting Bec Lido, the UK's larget and Europe's 2nd largest freshwater pool).
Shoes Off. NO smoking. NO partying. NO pets. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish taken out on departure. The apartment should be found in the condition of check in; changeover fee covers disinfection cleaning/bed linens & towels ONLY. Leaving the apartment in a mess will result in cleaning fees being taken from the authorised security deposit. Parking permits £6/day Monday - Saturday; Sundays are free. Permits should be requested in advance. £95 changeover fee applies. £200 security deposit required (authorisation on card). very plesant welcome, exceptionally clean and immaculate decor, would definatley be using this apartment again in the future as very handy for central London and yet you have everything you could wish for in Balham itself ! paddyfields thai curry restaurant is a must ! thank you housetrip for such prompt profesional service.
