Ideally located at the foothill of the old town of Cannes (82 rue Georges Clemenceau), this studio is only 200 m away from the beaches (Plage du Midi).
It is close to the restaurants, the harbour (boat trips to Lerins islands), 1 km away from the central bus station (airport shuttle).
2 km from La Croisette and Palais des Festivals.
Very sunny, looking out to the south/south west with a view on the sea.
Quiet, French window with double glazing opening out to a small balcony.
4th floor(over 5)with elevator.
No internet in the apartment.
The bed is a convertible sofa (click-clack) for 2 and there is also the possibility to have an extra folding bed or a baby folding bed on request.

Nicole Sylvia Schönes Appartement in toller Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter! Leider laut, wegen der Strasse. In dem 1-Zimmer-Appartement steht ein Klappsofa als einzige Schlafmöglichkeit. Geeignet für ein Pärchen oder einen Single, aber nicht für drei Personen! Wunderbarer Blick über die Dächer von Cannes.

Mahiema Its a nice cozy apartment, very conveniently located and the hosts, Laurence and Bernard are helpful people! The only downside is that wifi doesnt work in the apartment, and thats a big disadvantage especially when you're on a work trip!

Isabelle Un appartement bien situé, proche du centre et très agréable avec une petite terrasse sympathique ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé un séjour génial. Seul le bruit peut être parfois gênant.
