In the lounge there are 2 sofas, coffee table, lamps. It's dining suite a table with seating for 4. The master bedroom has 1 double bed, side tables, lamps, wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, writing desk and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet,wc. Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with: Gas cooker, mcrowave, refrigetor, coffee-maker. This apartment also includes: Intercom, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes iron, bed linens and towels, TV sat,cd,dvd, WiFi internet connection.
The apartment was perfect. Couldn't have been a better location. We were able to see and do everything we planned. Giovanni picked us up at the airport and made sure we had transportation to the train when we left. We highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Florence. Es un gran apartamento, ideal para aquellas personas que le interesan las cosas antiguas. Excelentemente ubicado como para ir caminando a todos los lugares interesantes para ver. En cuanto a giovanni no tengo nada para criticarle, nos recibió muy bien y hasta tuvo la sutileza de regalarlos un vino de bienvenida. Por todo esto, lo considero un buen lugar para ir.
Wonderfully cosy, and located in Santa Maria Croce, you will find yourself away from the large crowds of tourists (which we were very very thankful for). That being said, the place is extremely safe. Florence is small and is a great walking city, everywhere is within a short walking distance and the 3 of us staying here had no problems at all getting around to shops, food and all the monumental sites. A supermarket is located just around the street and many eateries litter the nearby streets, with very good prices if you're on a budget. Also, many thanks to Giovanni, who was a great and extremely friendly host. He prepared a whole 4 day itinerary inclusive of the history of each site just for us. He provided us everything from maps of Florence, to recommended eateries and restaurants (that were great!) and was very helpful in answering our thousand and one questions. The place is great for 2-4 people cept rushing for the bathroom. Definitely would pick this again if we come back.
