Il est possible de se parquer gratuitement aux alentours.

15 minutes from the city center by public transport and 10 minutes walking from the beach, close to all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, theaters, restaurants, shops, etc.) in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this beautiful apartment of 55 m2 all equipped guarantees you an ideal stay with family or friends. You can park on the street for free juste beside the building.
Pubic Transport: 5 minutes walking distance, Metro "Maresme Forum" Bus, tram and taxi.
If there is a neighborhood in Barcelona representing postmodernity it’s the Diagonal Mar and Forum, located in the district of Sant Martí. Ubicated on the last stretch of the famous Diagonal Avenue, the neighborhood emerged with a major restructuring Poblenou and ultimately merges with the Forum. El apartamento tiene aproximadamente 55 m² , tiene el transporte muy cercano al apartamento: Bus, Tranvía, Taxi y Metro: MARESME FORUM.
Si hay un barrio en Barcelona que representa la posmodernidad, es el de Diagonal Mar y Fòrum, ubicado en el distrito de Sant Martí. Vertebrado alrededor del último tramo de la Avinguda Diagonal, el barrio se origina con la gran reestructuración del Poblenou fabril y se funde al final con el Fòrum. Diagonal mar es un gran proyecto de desarrollo urbano centrado en la famosa Avenida Diagonal de Barcelona, muy cerca de donde se encuentra con el mar. El ambicioso proyecto incluye 5 fases residenciales, un centro comercial, tres hoteles, tres edificios de oficinas, un centro de convenciones y un parque público. Está muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad por medio de metro y autobuses.

on a été vraiment très enchanté, de notre voyage a barcelone, l'appartement est super ! très propre et vraiment calme. christina est tellement gentille ! elle nous a expliquer les endroits a visiter a barcelone, puis nous a offert du champagne ! de plus l'appartement est situé a 5 min de la plage ! je vous le recommande fortement si vous voulez passer d'agréables vacances en espagne !
Estuvimos unos fantasticos dias en Barcelona , bonita ciudad , la gente muy amable , el apartamento nos gusto mucho y muy limpio , muy bien ubicado ,cerca de todo ,transportes publicos , centro comercial , cerca del centro de la ciudad en metro . el vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro , se puede aparcar el coche en la calle sin pagar . Fue muy buena eleccion el apartamento y la ciudad . gracias Jorge
Appartement sympa , conforme à l'annonce , à deux minutes d'un grand centre commercial , près de la mer et du métro : nous vous le conseillons .... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , Barcelone est une ville super , comme ses habitants .. Un grand MERCI à Cristina ..
Appartement agréable, calme, confortable et fonctionnel. Deux petites remarques cependant : - Un petit fauteuil supplémentaire ( en plus du canapé 3 places ) serait une bonne chose. - Puisqu'il y a un téléviseur, si cela était possible et bien que cela ne soit pas essentiel, une chaîne supplémentaire de télévision francophone ( TV5 Monde par exemple ). Quartier agréable et sympathique, commerces, centre commercial, plage et transports en commun à proximité ( le métro, ligne L4, nous mène rapidement au cœur de Barcelone ). Notre séjour, début mars, fut un enchantement, la douceur du climat en cette période de l'année, la beauté de la ville et de son architecture, la cuisine, l'accueil...que de très bons souvenirs.
