This stylish apartment is the top floor penthouse of a modern secure development with access to a large private roof terrace offering fantastic views.
The penthouse benefiting from modern integrated kitchen, fully tiled bathroom with separate shower cubicle, built-in 3D 55inch smart TV, high speed broadband, Sky TV, 3D surround sound system, xbox360, 24 hour security and a complimentary secure underground parking for one car can be provided on request. Floor to ceiling windows along one side of the apartment provides extensive city views.
The Penthouse is located about seven minutes walk from Upton Park underground station.
Located on the District, Hammersmith and City line, the apartment is close to main transport links, local amenities and the Olympic area Stratford. Very close to the O-2 arena and London financial district.
Direct underground trains to Westminster, Tower Bridge , Victoria station and Paddington station
The West End (Oxford Circus) is about 25 minutes by tube, and famous shopping of Bond Street, West End theatres & sightseeing.
London City Airport just 10 minutes by taxi and a direct link to London Stansted airport,
Within an eight minute drive you can reach Stratford and Europe's largest shopping centre “Westfield shopping centre” (Boasting more than 300 shops, 70 restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley and Europe’s largest 24 hours casino).
15 minutes by train to London famous vintage market Spitalfields, train station to the market is Liverpool street station.
There is a park and playing ground for kids within 5minutes walk from the apartment.
The living room has a large corner sofa, double sofa bed, 55inch 3D Smart TV, 3D blueray DVD / CD player and a dining table and chairs. This room offers access onto the very large terrace allowing expansive city views.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and has a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. A basic welcome package containing tea, coffee, milk will be provided for your arrival and there is also an Express supermarket opposite the building, which is open until 11.00pm.
There is also a washing machine/ dryer , iron and ironing board within the apartment.
The bedrooms are both light and bright and have a double bed and built in wardrobes in each.
The bathroom is stylish and modern with a bath, separate shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and a W.C. A hair dryer is provided. Complimentary toiletries are provided for your arrival.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but is allowed on the spacious terrace where a patio table and chairs are provided.
I’m flexible with the check-in and checkout time, we can always arrange a suitable time if you are arriving late or earlier, provided the apartment is not occupied.
The apartment is a great place to be at home and easy to get into and around London. It's very quiet, no traffic noise.
The apartment building was previously the Trebor sweet factory and has been sympathetically modernised and benefits from a lift going to all floors.
If the calendar says available, it's available. You do NOT need to check with me first. Just submit your booking request and I'll respond straight away; I accept booking requests in the order they come in.
A hard copy user manual is available for the apartment to make your stay really easy; it also includes my favourite places to eat and hang out and be cultured in London.

Mirari It was as estated in the add/pictures. Nice and spacious. Lovely views, about 10 mins walk from tube station. It had everything we needed, spare bed duvets/blankets etc... Shower a bit tricky to regulate right temperature but was warned of this by the owner when check in. Malik was flexible with check in and check out times. Overall nice comfortable flat. Would recommend
