The apartment is a nice home located in the heart of the Appia Antica Park, not far away from S. Callisto Catacombs and Cecilia Metella Mausoleo. The apartment consists of a lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, TV LCD with DVD and fireplace, a double bedroom, one single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, american coffee maker, toaster, and bathroom with shower, phono and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: a little tablet with an internet Wi-Fi free connection, air conditioning in the rooms, iron and iron-board. The apartment was recently renovated trying to evaluate the classic look of its furniture.
The house offers the right balance between the comfort of a good hotel and the warm hospitality of a home.

At ground zero of the building there is a supermarket open every day from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm .
The bus stop is just in front of the house.

Lucie Lovely and well-located apartment, we enjoyed the stay very much. The owners are extremely helpful. We missed a bit of salt in the kitchen :-).

mina85520 Bel appartement agréable. Accueil excellent, garde des bagages, réservation taxi. Fabrizia parle très bien français. Quelques inconvénients, un peu loin du centre de Rome, les horaires des bus sont très approximatifs. Côté appartement, lave vaisselle en panne. Le robinet de cuisine a cassé, odeurs d'égoût dans la salle de bains et cuisine. Un peu d'en tretien à prévoir.

Host response Merci pour votre conseils, pour le transport on cherche à aider les touristes qui ont un tablet ou un smartphone avec une APP qui vous aidera avec la frequence des bus. Pour le robinet il etait ok à votre check in: avec l'usage les choses on peut se casser dans une maison, mais on l'a deja changé avec un neuf.

Steven Très bon contact avec Fabrizia la propriétaire avant notre arrivée et très bon accueil pour nous recevoir. L'appartement était confortable et bien situé, avec une superette juste en dessus et des arrêts de bus tout proche. Dommage que la literie du canapé 2 places soit si raide. Bon séjour à Rome.

Annie Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement, joliment aménagé, confortable et calme. L'accueil a été sympathique et sans chichis. Bien que situé en dehors de la ville, il est très facilement accessible par bus (3 lignes différentes) et bénéficie de la proximité d'une superette. Adresse à conseiller et conserver en cas de nouveau séjour à Rome Annie
