CHARMING apartment Haussmanien of 1367 sqf, 4 large rooms, in the 3rd floor with elevator, without neighbor on the same floor, nor face to face.
IDEALLY situated in the CENTER of Paris (rive droite), between Madeleine Church and department stores (Printemps and Galleries Lafayette) near of the Concorde Place, the Faubourg St-Honoré, the Musée du Louvre, Gardens of the Tuileries...
BIG pleasant and BRIGHT living area, original distribution of the apartment, two double suites with bathrooms, a big office-bedroom. Double glazing, inclusive linen and towels. The owners lives usually here, they have organized privative cupboards.
The piano is usable and was recently tuned.
THE 2ND BR/BA CAN BE ORGANIZED EITHER IN A DOUBLE ROOM OR IN 2 TWIN BEDS, and it is communicating with a big office which can be organized in a bedroom.
Possibility of baby bed if it is asked from the reservation.
A folding table of massage is at your disposal.
Ideal place for 6 persons, with a possibility of AN ADDITIONAL SLEEPING :
- FROM THE FIFTH PERSON on the double sofa bed of the office, communicating with the 2nd BA/BR,
- FROM THE SEVENTH PERSON on the double sofa bed of the lounge.
The organization of the sleeping around must systematically asked at the time of the reservation.
The English-speaking caretaker lives in the building. She uses to to her best to resolve the slightest problem.

Double vitrage, linges de maison inclus. Les hôtes vivent souvent dans l'appartement, aussi vous y trouverez des rangements privatifs.
Le piano a été récemment accordé.
Possibilité de lit bébé sur demande dès réservation.
Une table de massage pliante est à votre disposition.
Lieu idéal pour 6 personnes avec une possibilité de personnes supplémentaires :
- A partir de la 5ème, possibilité de couchage sur canapé-lit double du bureau.
- A partir de la 7ème, possibilité de couchage sur canapé-lit double du salon.
L'organisation des couchages doit être demandée systématiquement à la réservation.
L'adorable et anglophone gardienne vit dans l'immeuble et fait toujours de son mieux pour résoudre le moindre problème.

Loved the apartment...very clean, roomy and convenient to the Metro! Great location and plenty of room for 5 family members! Ruby, the caretaker, was great and helped us out with any questions during our stay. Wifi available.... big plus for people who need to stay in touch with home. Would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in visiting Paris and living like a true Parisian :)
We had a lovely stay and Ruby was great. Beds very comfortable and everything we needed. It was lovely to have the wifi to stay in touch with home; and the lift for the heavy cases. We have 3 small children and being able to prepare meals at home is a huge advantage. The bus from the airport is so easy and the location is so close to shops etc. Thank you There is a gentle reverberation with the metro passing but this is not disturbing and adds to the charm.
J'ai vécu 20 à Paris et j'ai loué cet appartement pour y séjourner en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants). Le séjour a été très agréable. C'est un vrai appartement de parisien. Un touriste pourra y vivre l'expérience unique de vivre comme un vrai parisien, l'appartement est typique des immeubles haussmanniens bourgeois avec ses avantages : - les pièces sont spacieuses, - la hauteur sous plafond, - les parquets, et ses inconvénients : - l'ascenseur est minuscule et sujet à des pannes (embêtant avec 2 enfants en bas âge, un père invalide et des bagages), - les salles de bains et la cuisine sont un peu petites (mais en très bon état). Pour conclure, c'est un appartement que je recommande vivement à toute personne capable de comprendre l'avantage de louer un appartement typique de parisiens et non un appartement impersonnel et au style aseptisé.
i recently returned from Paris with 4 other ladies. We stayed at this property. It was delightful. The caretaker Ruby met us at the apartment and went over all the details with us. We had adaquate towels and other amenties that we needed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The apartment was located between 2 metro spots and in a good area for shopping. The hosts were available for questions when Ruby was away.
I, my wife and another couple, all about 60 years old, stayed from Mar 31 to Apr 8, 2012. We were very pleased with the apartment. The location is tremendous (very close to two different Metro stations and shopping) and we could walk to Louve and D'Orsay museums. A beautiful area and easy to get too from Charles De Gaule Airport (Roissy Bus, only 10 Euros to middle of Paris) . Lots of room in the apartment. Numerous cable channels in various languages (about 10 English channels). Comfortable beds and two bathrooms with sinks and shower (or tub). We felt like real Parisian residents, not tourist. Ruby, the caretaker downstairs, was very friendly and always eager to help.
