Vanessa Propriétaire très sympathique, agréable logement à 2 pas du métro. Quartier agréable bon restaurant dans la rue d'en face. On trouve des places de parking gratuites dans le quartier en cherchant bien. Dommage que le jour rentre dans la petite chambre pas très agréable,pas de wifi,pas d'équipements pour un bébé et pas de chaînes françaises ...et les 50 euros de nettoyage c'est beaucoup.Bonne adresse tout de même.
Ana El trato fue muy amable y flexible. El piso está bien ubicado. Muy completo en servicios pero creo que es esencial hoy día ofrecer wifi o por lo menos una TV. Creo que comprar un TV es una inversión insignificante en comparación al valor añadido que puede aportar al apartamento. Un fallo muy grande fue encontrarnos el horno lleno de restos de comida y más teniendo en cuenta que la tarifa por la limpieza son 50€. Creo que 50€ por la limpieza es un precio excesivo y es inaceptable encontrar suciedad en tal caso.
Diana The apartment was fine for the price. They were accomodating to our schedule of arriving and departing. Finding the actual location within the building was a little hard but we managed to connect. The elevator was a nice addition. I agree, the owners were very nice. Thank you!

Andréa Appartement bien situé. Calme...normal il n'y a que des prs agées dans ce quartier. 50 € pour le nettoyage = escroquerie. En regardant sous un meuble j'ai pu y retrouver des bonbons... Ceci etant la propriétaire n'etait pas desagréable.
Host response Il n'y avait pas d'hommes avec nous... et ce que vous avez trouvé dans le placard ne peut pas nous appartenir puisque nous avons tout regarder ensemble. De plus je suppose que si vous nous avez demandé un supplément vous l'avez fait pour les prs précédentes. De ce fait vous devez impérativement louer votre appartement dans les meilleures conditions c'est à dire propre, irréprochable.
