Exceptionnel : à 3 minutes des jardins de l'observatoire et 7 minutes du jardin du Luxembourg, maison atelier d'artiste 1910, classée monument historique (Man Ray, Nikki de St Phalle, Paul Belmondo y ont séjourné).
Entièrement rénovée par un architecte décorateur, matériaux nobles.
La maison se situe au coeur de Montparnasse, à quelques minutes de saint Germain des prés, à deux pas des restaurants et cinémas De Montparnasse et quelques encablures du célèbre Bon Marché.
Au calme dans une voie privée, très lumineux avec des verrières de part et d'autres.
Au rez de chaussée : une grande chambre bibliothèque de 30m2 (lit double 180cm ou 2 lits simples), une deuxième chambre (15m2) avec deux lits et sa salle de douche, un cabinet de toilette séparé.
Au premier étage un salon cuisine ultra moderne et ultra équipée de grand standing (65 M2).

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The owners were lovely and accomodating. The house is in a great location very close to a central metro and good restuarants but also on a quiet street. The house itself is lovingly decorated and totally equipped. We also cooked a huge meal in the fantastic eat in kitchen. If I can stay here everytime I go to Paris I will.
