Minimum bookings 3 nights. You will live in a beautiful, charming, light and quiet apartment in an old building (fully renovated) in the heart of this prospering city! The apartment is 2 minutes away from the park Charlottenburg, which belongs to the world famous castle Charlottenburg. The subway is across the street, the airport Tegel is 4 bus stops away, the train station 'Zoo' is about 10 minutes away, the exhibition centre of Berlin is about 10 minutes away and the World Cup stadium is 15 minutes away. Enjoy the old beautiful timber floor which gives the apartment a unique character and an old oven which is no longer in use, in the living room. The entire building has been renovated with a lot of love for details. The kitchen is fully equipped for all Jamie Oliver fans and all the objects of utility are new or in a top state. For underlining the character of the apartment the furniture was picked very carefully. Expect more than the average holiday apartment with all the cheapest furniture you can find.
Access to the following tourism sights: Potsdam: 30 minutes by subway, Castle Charlottenburg´: 2 minutes walking to the park, 5-10 minutes to the castle, Egyptian Museum and Collection Berggruen (Picasso): Across the street from the castle, 10 minutes walking or 3 stops by bus, Olympic Stadium (World Cup games): about 15 minutes by subway. Shopping facilities are close by (Wilmersdorfer Str.), close to Savignyplatz (lots of good restaurants) and cultural centres (Opera House, Cabaret, theatre). In this upcoming city you will find all kinds of entertainment and nightlife. Buses run around the clock. Tradition and modern life meet here and you will enjoy the time spent here.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben: sauber und hell, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, ruhig und dennoch zentral (alles bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen); genügend Platz für 4 Personen, das Badezimmer könnte auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden Wir, Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern, haben den Aufenthalt in Berlin sehr genossen und werden sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Sehr schöne Wohung. Haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt.Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnungslage ist sehr ruhig, trotz der direkten Verbindung zu allen U-Bahnen,S-Bahnen sowie Bussen. Alles super schnell zu erreichen. Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.Sabine aus Hamburg.

hallo, wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne zeit in berlin. günstig fanden wir das die u bahn und s bahn sooo nah sind . nur der haustürschlüssel muss erneuert werden :-) grüße aus essen
