Ground floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a stylish lounge/kitchen, while one of the rooms has ornamental balcony with fabulous sea view of the harbour. Apartment has direct access to the ground floor covered terrace with spacious dining table for 8-10 guests and summer kitchen with unique barbecue area.
Each studio apartment has double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area and a covered terrace outside with sitting and dining area for 6 guests,.
Outside of the property is garden, private parking for 2-3 cars, heating swimming pool with spacious relaxing, sitting area, whilist also providing the ideal spot for outdoor entertainment,.
The property will suit 8-10 guests, looking to relax in peaceful surroundings while at the same time be within easy access of area of interest!
Attraction within the region include visit to the unique beach Zlatni Rat in village of Bol, 23 km distance, village known for night life, restaurants, caffes,.Apart from village Bol, there is Vidova Gora, highest peak on the Island Brac, 788 metars high gives breathtaking views of the nearby archipelago. Ferry ride take you to city of Makarska in 50 min on the main land and much more!.
