Entire Apartment in Vienna: Vienna - your urban apartment
The apartment is located in the so-called SOHO of Vienna - the multicultural and exciting district only minutes from the Vienna centre.
When you enter the place, you will feel right at home. A full kitchen, bathroom, living room (with bed sofa) and bedroom in urban style await you. Free TV and wireless Internet is of course readily available for your enjoyment. The apartment fits up to 4 people (queen size bed, bed sofa) and is ideal for people visiting Vienna for enjoyment or work.
The tram stops right in front of the apartment, and within minutes you are in the 1st District - the old centre of Vienna. There are also banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and the famous authentic Brunnen Market as well as the Ottakringer Brewery in your approximate vicinity.
Cleaning - and laundry service as well as customized tours throughout the city are available upon request. Ask us about long-term rental rates.

Eine nette kleine Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt. Für 4 Personen vielleicht etwas klein, aber alles ordentlich. Hat den Charme einer alten Schreibstube, hohe Decken, hohe Türen, altes Parkett. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Haltestelle vor der Tür, Straßenbahn hält im 10 Minuten-Takt. Wer 100% Komfort möchte, ist dort allerdings falsch. Dieses Appartement ist nichts für Spießer.
Wir waren zu dritt für einige Tage in Wien. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr gute Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, Straßen- und U-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, (Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, TV usw.). Die Schlafplätze sind für Personen mit Rückenproblemen bedingt geeignet. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Apartment was not clean when we arrived. The floor was sticky and unwashed, the refrigerator was untreated. Also on the street was a reconstruction of the road which we were not informed. The furniture is from Ikea but very bad for sleeping. Entrance building hall looks bad and messy. We were very disappointed. I do not recommend this apartment.
Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und Kinder 14 + 16) in der schönen Wohnung. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Nur der Straßenlärm ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Eckhaus an der Otterkringer Str.). Da eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 1 Minute entfernt ist, hat man eine sehr gute Verbingung in 10 Min. in die City. Der Esstisch ist für 4 Personen zu klein. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung gut und sauber. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
