My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week in May 2010 and loved it. It is very clean and well-maintained. Each evening we poured ourselves a glass of wine and sat on the balcony watching the people below on the most exciting avenue in the world. We could see the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, and Notre Dame. We lay in bed and could see the Eiffel Tour light up and sparkle every hour on the hour. The apartment itself is very roomy and comfortable. There's a grocery store nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and made preparing our own meals very convenient. Eric was the perfect host. We look forward to returning in 2011.
I wanted to drop a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment was wonderful. We found everything comfortable and inviting. The location was so convenient to everything, stores, restaurants and the Metro.
And of course the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The first time I opened the doors to see the Eiffel Tower and the lights along the avenue ablaze I was awestruck. We enjoyed chilled flutes champagne out there at midnight on New Years as we watched the crowds on the Champs Elysees ring in 2011. It was a magical moment I will carry in my memory forever.
I hope to be able to return one year soon to experience Paris in the Spring.

What made our experience excellent? Let's see, besides the central location and beauty of the place, here are a few more reasons. In the morning, you have the Nespresso machine (expresso) to wake you up and if that's not enough, you have Starbucks coffee downstairs. Monoprix (grocery shopping) is 2 blocks away (on the same side of the street) that is open until 12 AM everyday except Sunday. There are 2 Metro stops to choose from Franklin D. Roosevelt or George V depending on which direction you are going, There is Fouquets restaurant across the street when you are in the mood for a nice restaurant, La Duree for sweets (known for their macaroons), Paul's next door for some quick and scrumptious pastries, and George V restaurant or bar for a 5 star experience. Of course, it does not hurt that their are other luxury stores close by like Louis Vuitton, etc.
Eric and his assistant Eugene were very helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They responded right away when we had questions about the appt. or when we needed their help.
My family (my husband and 2 daughters (16 & 21 yrs. old) loved the place. Our vacation was fabulous making our Paris vacation one of the most memorable events in our lives!

We really lived the Parisian life, and we just love the apartment. It has the most beautiful view we have ever seen on the Champs Elysees. We could enjoy every minute of it. Thank you Eric, we have had a fabulous time in Paris, loved the apartment its location was excellent and the views amazing.
Hubert was waiting for us when we arrived, it was so nice to be welcomed and shown around by him, a really great start to the holiday. Your communication has been excellent since we enquired about the apartment and everything was as you described.
We have loved Paris, and found the location next to the Metro so brilliant. We have also walked to most of the attractions, including the Tour Eiffel. Excellent information about the local supermarkets was appreciated and it was great to be able to pop out for anything anytime. What a magical city and how wonderful to watch the Tour Eiffel light up at night from the apartment. Even though it is a very busy road, the double doors on the balconies make it very quiet inside. You certainly have a perfect apartment in a perfect location! Our children have found sleeping on the mezanine very exciting!!

I've given 5 stars because my stay in this apartment could not have been any better for my group's needs!! We were a group of 10 students visiting Paris for one of us to run the Paris Marathon. The location is PERFECT for groups visiting the city and the owner, Eric, could not be more helpful or relaxed about a group of rowdy students staying in his flat! So long as you don't mind being limited on the personal space front, the room is plenty big enough for 10 people and we managed to cook meals every night in the small kitchenette. The view from the balcony is truly amazing and it also looks out over the start of the Paris Marathon, making it an incredible viewing point for spectators. As well as being a great functional space, the flat is also well decorated and comfortable. There are two sets of French windows between the room and the Champs-Elysees so it was actually very quiet at night too. I couldn't imagine a better property to rent. Thank you so much, Eric!
Our review is of House Trip rather than the property - I would like to shout it from the roof tops Do not use this company. We booked and paid in Sept, the host cancelled on us 3 days before Christmas. We then had to spend the whole week over Christmas trying to find somewhere else to stay, reluctant to change companies because they had our money, an hour before we left for the airport we were still waiting on confirmation of where we were staying in Paris when we arrived late with 5 kids. The accommodation we ended up with was not at all what we had been looking for or asking for. Good position but no bed rooms - all one room. None of the 3 double beds had head height, 2 of the mattresses were cot size and none of the 4 mattresses (not beds) had any linen, pillows, blankets etc. The kitchen in the apartment was a padded bar with no bench space, the washing machine and another kitchen area was across the corridor the other side of two locked doors. DO NOT USE HOUSE TRIP
Cet appartement est bien situé, certes; confortable, certes. MAIS il ne comporte pas trois chambres comme il est faussement indiqué sur le descriptif mais aucune puisque c'est un espace ouvert dont deux espaces, sur et sous mezzanine sont fermés par un simple rideau.
Bonjour Monsieur , ce que vous ecrivez est clairement visisble sur les photos publié , il est regrettable que bvous n ayez pas pris le temps de les regarder, Mais ci dessous voici les avantages de cet appartement : A proximité des plus grands plus grandes marques françaises et internationales de prestiges LVMH , Cartier , Escada , Mauboussin , Harry Winston , Hugo Boss etc … et des célèbrissimes palaces parisiens : Bristol , Crillon , Marriott, Fouquet ‘s Barriére, Claridge, George V , Plaza – Athénée, Crillon etc.. Pour tous les amateurs d’art de très célèbres musées sont proches : le Louvres, le Grand Palais, le Petit Palais, L 'Orangerie, Jacquemart André, Nissim de Camondo etc... Une facilité de stationnement et d accès à nul autre pareil. : il est unique sur la plus belle avenue du monde avec une vue imprenable de 2 balcons plain pied Champs Elysées : la Tour Eiffel, les Tuileries, Notre Dame de Paris, l’ Arc de Triomphe , Grand et Petit Palais, Tour Montparnasse etc Notre tarif , en location saisonnière pour un appartement de 85m2 , est beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels aux alentours dans ce quartier parmi les plus prestigieux aux mondes , pour information comme vous pouvez le voir dans des documents que je vous adresse. Les prix des simples chambres d’hôtels ( 25-35m2 ) avoisinants dans le 8eme arrondissements sont entre 500€ -1000€ la nuit . les prix d une suite sont de 2000€ à 5000€ la nuit/ journée ou plus .
