“O2”is a brand new apartment decorated to a high standard of minimal ultra modern design with two bedroom, balcony, garden and picturesque views, located on Ploće which is one of the most desirable locations in Dubrovnik. It is a five minute walk from Banje beach and a short 10 min walk to the Old Town. The apartment has outstanding views onto the historic city walls, the Island of Lokrum and the infinity of the crystal blue Sea & an interior décor that you dream of! “02” has just been renovated in a stunning contemporary style mixed with fabulous interior design. The “02” has the feel of a luxury hotel with the space and privacy that only a private accommodation can offer its guests.“02” apartment is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a comfortable and inviting place within walking distance to the wonderful attractions of the Old Town but just a little removed for relaxation.
Right on entering the apartment, you will feel immediately charmed to its premium atmosphere. The upscale materials and amenities show how everything has been selected for your utmost comfort. The interiors are stylish and contemporary, decorated in shades of white and silver, with tiled floors and white walls. The splash of lively colors (violet and lavender) awake your senses. “02” can accommodate up to 5 guests. The light and bright living area has large windows with sliding doors to welcome in its outstanding views and provide access to the covered outdoor balcony, complete with outdoor dining furniture. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, flat screen, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a dining area which has a large contemporary seating for 6. The dining area leads to the fully equipped designed kitchen, including fridge/freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The kitchen leads outdoors. The balcony with its spectacular views is an ideal spot for dining al fresco and is a perfect place to chill out with a glass of wine. Due to the elevated position of the apartment, you can enjoy the gentle cooling breeze throughout the summer nights. The bedrooms have been decorated in the same style as the rest of the apartment, using same colour and designed white furniture giving the apartment a perfect harmony. The main bedroom has a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, safe and has sea views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two (90 x200), wardrobe and a desk. The top range Italian bathroom comes with walk in shower, hydro-massage jet and wash machine. Towards the back of the apartment you will stumble upon multiple surprises; a rustic style veranda with stone walls with chimney and a dining table for 6 and A/C. There is a sofa that can be used as an extra comfortable bed for 2. The veranda opens onto a small garden. This hidden oasis is equipped with lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing and ideal for a lazy day of reading. “02” apartment is glamorous and private, luxurious and relaxing and is a perfect match for those seeking a quality holiday home in Dubrovnik.
The perfect apartment! Modern with many amenities- beautiful views, full kitchen, living area with television with a variety of channels and stereo, wonderful bathroom with washer and a fabulous shower, comfortable bedroom, and garden room along with a private garden. What more could anyone need? It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town and one should be in fairly good physical condition to stay here as there are quite a few stairs to maneuver. For us, personally, it was the perfect place to stay!
The apartment is fantastic. An easy walk to Old Town (10 minutes, at the most), market, bakery, ATM and the cable car. The balcony was our favorite spot for breakfast overlooking the sea, and for a glass of wine in the evenings, watching the lights of Old Town. It is very well equipped, with kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a washer machine that was specially great to us, traveling for a while with some more days to go. The owners are very helpful with information about the area, and keep in touch as often as you would like. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport, and our drivers were very pleasant and super efficient, always on time. The apt itself is beautiful decorated, spotless, very clean and modern. We had a few days of rain, but the setting was so beautiful that we didn't really care. We are looking forward to another opportunity to visit Dubrovnik, and wouldn't think twice about booking O2 again.
The view of the apartment was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed it so much! The little garden is picturesque and there is a lemon tree where you can pick some lemons :-) The rainshower is an adventure and the rest of the apartment is just great. You can reach the old town in approx. 15 minutes and there is a bakery and a small supermarket nearby. The host "Victor" was really kind and gave us helpful tips what to see in a couple days. We will definitely come back - thank you.
