Located in Paris near Nation, Bastille and Père Lachaise, this exceptional, luxury flat is entirely facing a private terrace and garden, and provides absolute calm.
Part of a modern and quality building, this 2-bedroom on the ground floor is fully furnished with contemporary furniture to ensure that your stay in Paris will be as comfortable and serene as possible. We wouldn't have been living there for almost 8 years if it wasn't up to that promise ;-).
The flat is spacious and well organized. The reception area, in a beautiful volume of 40m2 (430 sqf) with a ceiling at 2m90 (9.5 ft), is composed of a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The other rooms — two bedrooms, the bathroom and toilets — are all clearly separated for comfort and privacy.
A private parking space is also available and accessible with an elevator within the building (5€/night extra).
Property available only for 3 nights at least.

L’espace réception se compose d’un grand séjour aux magnifiques volumes d’une surface de 40 m2 avec une hauteur de 2m90 sous plafond et d’une luxueuse cuisine à l’américaine toute équipée. Nettement séparé pour votre plus grande tranquillité, L’espace intime de l’appartement comprend deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain et des WC séparés.
Vous disposez en option (5€/nuit) d’un emplacement de stationnement réservé dans le parking souterrain de l’immeuble, directement accessible par l’ascenseur.
L’appartement est très bien desservi par les transports et vous permet de vous déplacer rapidement et facilement dans la capitale. La station de métro Alexandre Dumas (ligne 2) est à 200 m, les stations Charonne et Rue des Boulets (ligne 9) à 5 minutes. Vous êtes à 10 mn à pied ou à deux arrêts de métro de la station Nation (lignes 1,2,6,9 et RER A direct pour Disneyland Paris). Le bus 76, au coin de la rue est direct pour Bastille, Hôtel de Ville et Le Louvre.

We stayed at the appartment for 7 nioghts in July 2012. This was a great experience for the family and we immediatley felt at home. Phillipe the ownwe waited for us in the flat and was very accomodating and explained all the where and whats very clearly. The appartment is very well situated very close to 2 metro stations (Alexandre Dumas line 2 2 minutes, Charone line 9 6 minutes) and there are lots of pastry shops and supermarkets and restaurants and even a small market nearby. The appartment was very clean and comfotable for our family of 4 (my 2 daughters of 12 and 14 each had their own private bed). The kitchen is very well equipped and even has an espresso machine. The garden is also very nice and you can definitley relax in the garden after a long day of touring the city. We definitley recommend the appartment and would return on our next trip to Paris.
This very comfortable, clean, lovely property is a really great place to stay in Paris - so don't hesitate to book it! We (family of four) had a fantastic time, and got a great feel for the 'real' Paris here, as well as it being a great base for taking in all the touristy places that abound. The location is really convenient, with shops and supermarkets very close by, plus a local market selling fresh produce (not every day). There's a small playground round the corner, and the bus and metro are just 2 minutes away. The appartment itself is really nicely decorated, feels spacious and is so peaceful and spotlessly clean. The terrace garden makes it feel like you have come across a little oasis in this big, exciting city, and is a place where you can really relax. Owner Philippe is so friendly and helpful too. Kids are already asking when they can go back!
