Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The lovely terrace is the perfect place to relax and offers a beautiful view of the impressive mountains and parts of the town.

In the district of Hötting 500 m from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3.5 km from the ski-run. In the house: central heating. Linen change weekly. Communal covered parking space n 2 by the house. Supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 1.6 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakers, café 200 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, tram 700 m, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, cable cabin 3.5 km, ski runs 3.5 km, childrens play area 600 m. Nearby attractions: Swarovski Kristallwelten, Alpenzoo Innsbruck, Area47 Ötztal, Sterzing (Südtirol). Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Patscherkofel 12 km, Axamer Lixum, Kühtai. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Natterersee 12 km, Lansersee 13 km. Innsbruck old town and Innsbruck centre with its famous sights are only a short walk away (approx. 7 minutes).
