This lovely apartment provides an extremely high standard of holiday home for the discerning visitor, perfect as a base for all the Edinburgh Festival activities, or perfect for a weekend break at any time of the year for those wishing to enjoy the splendour of the capital city.
The large living room looks out over the pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many homely touches to make this apartment a home from home.
There are three bedrooms, two twin bedded (one has beds which can be zipped together to form a king-size), one with double under and single bunk over, and a single sofa bed in the living room. All linen, towels and bedding is included.
The luxury kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. South facing and double glazed, this is a very bright and warm flat.
The accommodation building is secured by an entry phone system and private parking is available in the enclosed central courtyard. From the impressive entrance hallway, a lift services all floors.
In the immediate vicinity there are good local shops and a wide variety of International and European cuisine to be sampled. Haymarket Station is close at hand and there are plenty of buses to the city centre, the Airport, and beyond.
Leisure facilities within the building, and exclusive to residents INCLUDE A SWIMMING POOL and sauna. There is a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue.
