This award winning residential development has a secure entry system, lift to all floors, private parking, gardens and a conservatory style roof garden offering exquisite views over Edinburgh all within 10 minutes walk of Princess Street.
The apartment accommodation is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards throughout.
The large living room looks out over the pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many homely touches.
The luxury kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a large sofa bed in the sitting room, that will sleep 2. All linen, towels and bedding is included.
Leisure facilities within the building, and exclusive to residents INCLUDE A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and sauna. There is a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue.
Preferable minimum length of stay: 2 nights
Location: Near to city centre. We could walk to Queen Street without difficulty. Supermarket, pizza, eateries and cafes are nearby. Accommodation: Flat with three bedrooms on the top floor. Lift is available, so had no difficulty to access. One reserved free parking slot was available. Modern kitchen with all necessary amenities. Open plan lounge, dining area has big windows. Windows open outwards and you have to be careful with kids when windows are open. Bedrooms were adequate. Had three, one with a bunk bed to accommodate three, two rooms with twin beds. One bedroom has no ventilation though. One master bath and one shower with WC. Latter is a bit narrow, but perfectly adequate. Added plus is downstairs amateur gym and communal indoor pool. Pool is clean, great fun for kids. Free unlimited access till 10 pm was good entertainment for us. Internet connection was below par, but during holiday we were not much worried. We liked it very much, would come back again.
